Dr. Kevin Elko Biography Dr. Kevin Elko is a nationally-renowned performance consultant, professional motivational speaker and author. Hereceived a Bachelor of Biology in Education and Coaching from California University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Elko then went to West Virginia University, where he earned two master’s degrees and a doctorate.  Later he was inducted into the West Virginia University Hall of Fame.   Dr. Elko served as an intern for the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs. He has consulted with various NFL teams to include the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints.  He has also worked with seven BCS National Championship Football Teams including the University of Miami, LSU, the University of Alabama, and Florida State University.   Dr. Elko focuses on helping organizations in the areas of leadership, goal setting, as well as various other motivational topics. His corporate clients have included ING, Tyson Foods, Abbott Labs, LPL Financial, The Hartford, Genworth, Jackson National Life, Pioneer Investments, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Sun Life, and many others.  His best-selling book was co-authored with Bill Beusay and is titled, The Sender: A Story About When Right Words Make All the Difference.
