PROPOSAL FOR GOLF EVENT SERVICES

INTRODUCTION The following proposal contains information regarding event consulting services offered by O.C. Golf Events including tournament planning and execution, event support and logistics, fundraising and value-add opportunities. We strive to ensure that your sponsors, golfers, board/committee members, and other event guests have a memorable 5- star experience. Our team of professionals will collaborate to support your mission, to ensure that your golf event performs smoothly, and to maximize profit potential while minimizing costs. Our goal is to take many of the fine event planning details off your plate so that you can focus on engaging with your sponsors, supporters, and event attendees. The Will Irwin Memorial Golf Tournament will support pediatric cancer research projects funded by the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. The goal is to help find a cure for this devastating disease that affects thousands of families every year, families like the Irwin family. This event is also a dedication to the life of William Irwin who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at three months old. Page 3

OVERVIEW OF SERVICES O.C. Golf Events is ready to take your event to the next level! We will ü Pre-Event Planning & Logistics be your professional golf consultant and golf detail planner ü Event Operations & Production throughout the entire contracted term. Our team will provide the following event services: Page 4

PRE-EVENT PLANNING & LOGISTICS Partial Project Management & Event Consulting • Coordinate with the golf course regarding preliminary event logistics (rental carts(if applicable), contests, grid, floorplans, deliveries, registration procedures, pre-golf activities, on-course services, signage, rules sheet, awards plan) • Develop event itinerary (run of show) to outline day-of event operations from pre-event setup through event cleanup • Prepare signage grid that outlines placement requirements • Design course maps • Assist with registration logistics to ensure that proper protocol is established in accordance with golf club policies concerning social distancing and social safety measures Vendor Support & Course Operations • Create an effective vendor hospitality plan for vendor activations including any pre-golf functions • Manage all pre-event communication with confirmed vendors • Identify setup requirements and provide guidance regarding equipment & supplies • Schedule arrivals and tee box/hole assignments based on vendor logistics • Provide vendors with clear and concise instructions regarding day-of procedures • Design and maintain course grid that outlines event contests, activities and vendor activation Volunteer Management • Identify volunteer needs Click here to view a sample course grid • Outline roles & responsibilities and prepare assignments • Determine scheduling and shift changes and prepare shuttle schedules Page 5 • Develop procedures for volunteer check-in • Determine volunteer meal plan • Prepare volunteer instruction packets • Conduct pre-event orientation meeting • Maintain volunteer email communication

EVENT OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION Production Team • Provide a specialist team to lead on-course and all-day clubhouse logistics • Provide runners to execute tournament setup and cleanup tasks • Lead the execution of all tournament operations NOTE: O.C. Golf Events will ensure that our team fully abides by golf course safety and social distancing procedures. We will equip our staff with masks and gloves to be worn for the duration of your event and will disinfect all equipment and carts after every use. Clubhouse Operations • Assists with the execution of event logistics at the clubhouse including registration operations, guest flow procedures, ROS • Works with client to ensure that all event operations are conducted in accordance with golf club safety protocol and any protective measures established regarding social distancing/social gatherings • Acts as golf club liaison for duration of event – troubleshoot any issues involving floorplan/setup, golf cart needs, signage placement, rules sheets and other event literature, and other clubhouse requests as it pertains to event operations • Ensure that registration is setup according to floorplan specifications and that the golfer check-in process is fluent and effective • Manage 3rd party providers and verify that services are in accordance with event operations (i.e. photographer, videographer, promo girls, etc.) Course Operations / Vendor Hospitality Page 6 • Manage all course logistics including equipment needs and set-up requirements • Execute the vendor hospitality plan • Place signage on the course and registration area as needed before vendors and golfers arrive • Collect and/or discard of signage after the complete of golf • Manage vendor load-in and load-out process • Shuttle vendors to hole assignments and assist with unloading event supplies and equipment while upholding social safety measures • Provide all-day vendor hospitality services (restroom breaks, lunch deliveries, etc.) • Oversee the breakdown of all equipment, supplies, and other various tournament activities and on-course elements

EVENT OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION Contest Management O.C. Golf Events will meet with the planning committee to present fun and creative contest ideas and will manage the execution of the contests on the day-of the event. • Ensure proper contest setup (placement of yardage markers, setup contest branding in proper positions), verify yardages, collect markers and results in a timely fashion following golf and report results to scorer • Oversee the breakdown of all equipment, supplies, and other various tournament activities and on-course elements Volunteer Leadership • Train the lead volunteer regarding volunteer operations and event protocol • Coordinate with golf club and lead volunteer regarding the setup of the volunteer headquarters/check-in station • Work with lead volunteer on volunteer assignments and shift scheduling • Ensure shuttles are running according to schedule throughout the day • Coordinate with lead volunteer regarding any scheduling conflicts • Conduct volunteer meetings and review volunteer instructions • Ensure shift changes are executed in a timely fashion • Confirm that volunteers are shuttled back to clubhouse following event “Your team was wonderful to work with, thank you so much for your attention to detail throughout the day. OPTIONAL VALUE-ADD SERVICES ChariTee Contest Cards Contest scratcher cards are invaluable for any charity event! Most events sell these cards to approximately 70% to 90% of their participants with an average of 7-10 times the cost of the investment. The best part is that you set the price! SIDE #1: ENTRY TICKET One side of the card is your ticket which includes information regarding all your event games & contests; participants cannot win any of your prizes without buying this card first. Cards are 100% personalized to your event – sponsor logos, event branding and other elements can be customized to your card design. SIDE #2: SCRATCHER CARD Easy & Effective Fundraising On the opposite side of the card is a scratcher number. OPTIONAL VALUE-ADD SERVICES Contest Insurance Our industry connections afford our clients with some of the lowest pricing on contest insurance. We shop for the best solution to put more profit back into your pocket. Through our trusted industry partners, we can extend a variety of premium golf contest prize packages and golf insurance services at rates that are competitively priced. Coverage includes hole-in-one prizes, helicopter ball drops, putting contests, and million- dollar shootouts. We also have special package offers to provide additional prizes and savings. Page 9

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS Our experience and hard work allow us to take everything off your task list EXCEPT for one assignment: obtaining event supporters that may come from your network. While we would love to have golfers and sponsors waiting to support all our wonderful clients, the guests you want and need to be part of your event will come from YOUR network and outreach. O.C. Golf Events will support and guide you and your committee through this process by building all necessary sales tools to easily conduct your asks, but we cannot provide nor guarantee any sponsors, golfers, and other revenue. SUMMARY OF COSTS Pre-Event Planning & Logistics CUSTOM PRODUCTION COST • Partial Project Management & Event Consulting $6,900.00 • Vendor Support & Course Operations • Volunteer Management 50% of total contract amount due to O.C. Golf Events upon execution of agreement. Remaining balance IS due upon completion of event services. IMPORTANT PLANNING DISCLAIMERS ADDITIONAL FEEES The following expense are separate from OCGE fees and will be billed directly by the golf course as part of the venue costs: 1. Unlimited ice service (includes 8-10 beverage bins) = $500 2. On-course tables, chairs and linens = $200 per station EVENT OPERATIONS POLICIES Pelican Hill will be operating under mandatory state and local guidelines. While formal policies concerning tournament operations is still forthcoming, the following requirements have been established which will be used as guideline until actual procedures are defined: • Self service has eliminated from tournament services; this is mandatory and includes food and beverages of any kind • Tubs of product may not be left unattended – any beverage bins will require a Pelican Hill attendant to distribute items to golfers • Donated product must be approved • Pelican Hill staff attendants are required at all stations where food and beverage is served (no self-serve food) • Attendant will be extra fee • Max 6 stations per course (any kind of F&B) • Vendors can't leave coolers unattended • Vendors making food on site will have to be approved on per-vendor basis • Pelican Hill attendant will be required (staffing may be limited) • All vendors are required to follow course protocol Page 12
