With its mission and vision, Meraki Philippines, a group of students came up with an idea to create boats made out of plastic bottles. The purpose of this project is to donate boats to the Aeta community in Labney, Tarlac, to help them easily cross the river. To do this, the following are the objectives that need to be achieved: Organize fundraising to cover the financial necessities. Partner with the project community beneficiary Identify and establish partnerships with organizations for sponsorships. Partner with Project Blue Ilocos for the boat construction. The Meraki Philippines will be PROPOSAL conducting a community development project entitled “Bangkang Balik Eskwela” from April to May 2022. The project will be conducted in Brgy. Labney, Mayantoc, Tarlac where the boat assembly will commence. Donation channels for the community beneficiary will be opened throughout the fundraising activity phase.
