President Communique Dear Yuva Sathiyo, I would like to take this opportunity to present our annual report for the session 2021-22 on behalf of our working commi�ee who has work tremendously to serve the society during this pandemic era. Leader is as good as his team. I have been fortunate enough to have a good team this year to run various ac�vi�es of Marwari Yuva Manch Bangalore Stars. As we say necessity is the mother of inven�on, Covid-19 made us think Nitesh Tibrewal out of the box. We have started our journey for this year with Oath taking ceremony followed by Holi Milan Samaroh and Kavi Sammelan President, MYM Bangalore Stars which was held with the presence of limited members along with our society (around 2500 people via social media pla�orm) cherishing us through online mode. Team took guard with our flagship program Anand Sabke Liye by providing groceries, mask & medicine to the needy people, in old age home, in various orphanage, etc. who were affected directly or indirectly due to Covid-19 lockdown. With the grace of GOD we were able to serve the society during this cri�cal situa�on in numerous ways by providing Oxygen concentrator/cylinder, arranging for Ambulance, Hospital bed, Plasma, Medicine and required Injec�ons, Food packets for Covid pa�ent, Conducted seminars and knowledge session on COVID to control panic situa�on during 2nd Wave. Technology – a true weapon which was used during this pandemic �me. We have created a War room with the team of dedicated member who were handling all the request for different cri�cal resource including Oxygen, Hospital bed, Plasma, Injec�on, Food packet, Ambulance, Medicine etc in such a manner that not a single request was remained una�ended. Post 2nd wave, we have also tried to go for our regular ac�vi�es / programme, awareness drive, Covid vacci- na�on drive, fes�val celebra�on along with COVID related follow-up while following the Covid protocol �me and again issued by Central / State Govt. Details About The Work Done 1. Hospital bed arranged for more than 4650 people during covid 19 second wave. (Project started on 17th April 2021 and closed on 30th June 2021) 2. Arranged plasma for more than 360 people during COVID 19 second wave 3. Arrangement of medicines and required injec�on for more than 395 people during COVID 19 second wave (Project started on 17th April 2021 and closed on 30th May 2021). 4. 1,150 Food Packets distributed to different parts of Bangalore City during COVID 19 with the help of our members (Project started on 17th April 2021 and closed on 20th May 2021) 5. Created 7 AI based cloud room to manage en�re bed, plasma, medicine & food arrangement process. 6. More than 200 volunteers/members supported from different part of India in COVID 19 crisis management. 7. Conducted more than 110 training session at different level to fight against COVID 19 8.
