ASG – VUL SELLING AGREEEMENT PLATFORM Retail Broker VUL Dealer Carrier The Leaders ASG Group Retail Broker Dealer needs selling agreements with Insurance Carrier ASG ( GB ) has selling agreements with The Leaders Group and most carriers Financial Advisor must be NASD licensed in state of application – from there – ASG PROCESSES CASE

PROCESSING THE APPLICATION • Financial Advisor meets with client and takes application, forms and financial information. • Financial Advisor submits forms to ASG for processing. • ASG reviews forms, orders medicals, physician statements and when ready submits to carrier. • Carrier underwrites case, approves policy and sends to ASG for delivery. • ASG re-reviews policy, delivers to Financial Advisor for delivery to the client. • Financial Advisor delivers policy and collects any forms and premiums. • Financial Advisor completes Drop Ticket Form at his/her Broker Dealer • Retail Broker Dealer is paid by Carrier and pays pre-set commission to Financial Advisor via Grid.
