Pam and family have been getting into the Christmas spirit. They have been busy making snowflakes. Beautiful. Relaxation Techniques Decorating Pudsey Bear Biscuits The residents enjoyed having a relaxation therapy session with Helen. Today’s theme was ‘rain’. The class started with music appreciation, then movement exercises, visualization and body massage techniques.
