Lemonade Day Celebration “Nothing tastes more like summer than a refreshing glass of lemonade.” This activity mainly focuses on developing fine motor skills.This results in better fine motor control. Squeezing provides an opportunity to strengthen a child's grip and pencil holding. Squeezing the lemon and mixing sugar to stir with hands together is good for coordination as well as for exercising the hand and wrist muscles. Lemons and sugar were brought by the tiny butterflies of Pallavi model school Boduppal to prepare the lemonade and teachers emphasized lots of action words like squeeze, turn, push and pour to learn while they make. They also learned the steps to be followed to make a lemonade .The children enjoyed to the core drinking the lemonade prepared by them. Colorful Fiesta - Ugadi A new beginning heralds new hopes and dreams, as we bid goodbye to the times that were and look into the future. Pallavi Model School, Boduppal celebrated the festival of Ugadi with great euphoria on April 1st portraying the meaning of the festival through a special assembly. The assembly started by offering prayer to almighty for the blessings, followed by the thought of the day, new word and pledge. A plethora of events displaying the prowess of students through speeches, songs and dance was organised. The gathering also praised the benefits and medicinal qualities of the famous UgadiPachadi, an amalgamation of six different tastes. The other Telugu traditions, the Panchangam was also read, conveying how the Telugu year ahead is going to be. The blend of talent and information alone was seen throughout the assembly. The festival of Ugadi, considered to be an auspicious one, was celebrated with much joy and happiness in the campus. Let’s put all the things of the past behind, Let’s look forward to a new start, Let’s realize our new aspirations and dreams, Let’s find new courage and hope to achieve them Wishing you a very Happy Ugadi, filled with happiness and fun!
Ugadi is a Hindu festival celebrated in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. Ugadi marks the beginning of the new Hindu calendar year which starts with Chaitra month. In AP and Telangana this festival is called 'Ugadi' and in Karnataka as 'Yugadi'. People prepare UgadiPachadi. It comprises six tastes (shad ruchulu) Tamarind – sour taste – unpleasantness. Jaggery – sweet taste – joy or happiness. Unripe mango – tangy, astringent – surprise. Neem flowers – bitter – sadness. Black pepper – spicy/hot – anger. Salt – salty – fear. and it is believed that life is a mix of various feelings and every feeling resembles a taste and they share this Pachadi to their near and dear ones as well. Later in the day, individuals accumulate and tune in to the horoscope and in addition subtle elements of the panchangam. Pre-primary kids of Pallavi Model School Boduppal had a special assembly wherein children were being explained about Ugadi and ugadipachadi and its significance. It was a delight to watch children dancing on their feet in their colorful and traditional attire.
In Pallavi Model school Boduppal .The sparkling tiny tots of nursery’s Aksharabhyasam started with devotional prayer and our Principal Ms.Tanuja made each child write “OM” on a plate of rice grains by holding their hand and blessed them all. The children were dressed in traditional attire and the holy bells were ringing towards the complete pre-primary wing.
In Pallavi Model school Boduppal the Pre-primary children celebrated red colour day where teachers discussed the significance and importance of the colour ‘'Red” . children sorted and classified the objects based on red colour by reinforcing their cognitive skills. Children enjoyed eating a healthy red coloured snack and as well red coloured day activity then they danced gracefully. The shades of red made our tiny tots feel bright, lively and cheerful. They looked stunning in their red outfits.
Pallavi Hackathon IT Tech fest is the annual science and technology festival. Pallavi Model School, Boduppal with the aim of providing a platform for every student to develop and showcase their technical powers. Department of Information technology, Pallavi Model School, Boduppal successfully organized a one-day Tech event Evolution 2022, 5th April 2022. The objective of the event was to create awareness among students of Pallavians about Robotic science and technology. Students of Robotic science provided a forum for the free and fruitful exchange of ideas and information to. make the fest successful. Total 80 students participated in the event. Let every breath, every word and every step make the mother Earth proud of us. The students and staff of Pallavi Model School, Boduppal celebrated World Earth Day on 22nd April 2022. A special assembly was organised by the students of Grade VIII and IX to create awareness among the youth to educate people about conservation, to protest against climate change and global warming and to encourage volunteering for the good of the planet. The students pledged to do their bit in order to conserve energy, natural resources, plant trees and protect animals. Motivational slogans, mesmerising music and foot tapping dance boosted the students to play their part in making everyday, the Earth Day. Principal Ms. Tanuja encouraged the students to take up the responsibility of keeping our planet healthy and shared her views about the theme of World Earth Day 2022 i.e. ‘Invest in our Planet'.
NEWS Paper Clipping A calm mind is able to focus and concentrate better. Numerous scientific studies have proven how yoga can empower students to increase memory and cognitive function. The outgoing batch of class 10 students attended a yoga session today. This session was very important for their upcoming exams, they were given tips to improve their concentration on studies, release stress and stay focused. Pallavi Model School, Boduppal organized an orientation programme on 23rd of April, 2022, for the parents to familiarize them, “as partners in progress” with the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies and the co-scholastic activities. The Orientation began on a thought that was as follows: “A parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the centre of our universe.” The parents were briefed about the rules and regulations of the school. Welcoming parents to the academic session, Principal Ms. Tanuja spoke about the benefits of effective communication between parents and teachers. Moving further, she also spoke in detail
about different ways of nurturing a child with love and care to build a strong foundation for a glorious future. The orientation programme proved to be a sincere effort made by the school in educating the parents to look after and guide their children in a proper manner. It also helped in evolving a common teaching strategy and helped the parents in identifying suitable follow up methods to reinforce the learning process of their children. An enriching session where the community children shared innovative ideas with the students of ATL at Atal Innovation Mission ,Pallavi Model School School ,Boduppal on the occasion of ATL CommunityDay. It was an enriching session in which the children from NGO shared and learnt innovative ideas and got a support system from pallavi. Save Soil - Conscious Planet is a global movement launched by Mr.Sadhguru to save soil from extinction, and bring the necessary policies to address the catastrophic issue facing humanity. Our tiny twinkling stars of Pallavi model school Boduppal were being the part of it by planting the saplings and also understood the importance and significance of saving the soil as the teachers have made them understand the dos and don’ts of preserving the soil and as well children recited rhymes along with teachers “The farmer plants the seed” and “Paid lagavo”. Go Green and make our Earth a beautiful place to live. The students of Grade VIII of Pallavi Model School, Boduppal celebrated World Earth Day on 22nd April 2022 in a unique way. To send a loud message on conversation of environment on the occasion of Earth Day, a cycle rally was organized for the students of Grade VIII. The rally started from the school campus and concluded at the Ambedkar Statue, Boduppal. The students held banners and were on a ride with an objective to raise awareness about the need to preserve the environment. People must opt for cycling for short distances. This way one can consciously work towards saving Mother Earth
MS DHONI CRICKET ACADEMY is organizing a Cricket Summer Camp during this April/ May 2022. To bring awareness about the sustainability of soil for the future generations, the students across Grades III to X of Pallavi Model School, Boduppal has brought an insight into the various important features of soil by integrating it with science concepts like conservation of soil by preventing soil erosion, edible soil profile, Nitrogen fixation in soil, pop bottle ecosystem, checking the soil texture, PH value and water holding capacity of soil, demonstrating layers of soil and also presence of chemicals and its importance for the soil fertility.

With this objective in view , Pallavi Group Of Schools had organised a day long workshop on the topic: ON NEP 2020 RELATED PEDAGOGICAL PERSPECTIVES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUBJECT SPECIFIC ANNUAL PLANS AND UNIT/ LESSON PLANS. The session commenced with the Key note Address by Prof. N. Upender Reddy, This was followed by a detailed presentation and discussion on general objectives of teaching (subject specific) learning outcomes ,teaching learning strategies , learning resources ,assessment procedures, model annual plans and unit/lesson plans and steps for preparing the plans . Post lunch teachers were divided into groups where they worked on the Annual plans and Unit/lesson plans. Each group presented their plans , which were critically evaluated with effective suggestions by the resource persons. The session gave an insight into developing effective lesson plans. Learning experiences are like journeys. The journey starts where the learning is now, and ends when the learner is successful. The end of the journey isn’t knowing more, it’s doing more. These sessions are definitely a step ahead towards this direction.
