ZOE’S STORY Horizon received a call from a local shelter stating they had a young woman who was pregnant (a victim of rape and human trafficking) and in need of OB care, but had no means of payment. Through funds made available through the Foundation from generous supporters like you, the young woman was able to establish vital OB care with our clinic team. A worker at the shelter informed the young woman of a nurse at Horizon’s clinic who was unable to have children. Continued on back
