PREFACE Practice English: Students' Workbook provides an English worksheet for grade eight Junior High School students. The book's content is appropriate to the basic standard of junior high school proposed by Kemendikbud. This book is designed based on the 2013 revised curriculum. The book consists of several tasks focusing on language competence skills; listening, speaking, reading, and writing to help students develop their English competencies. Each activity in the chapter of the book starts with the easiest one to the complex one. Concerning this, the designed tasks integrate to develop students' life skills broadly and encourage students to learn English. For teachers, this book can be a source of activities that can be used in class to give as much exposure to students. On the other hand, for students, this book can be a source of activities for independent learning, which focuses on drilling activities to increase English competencies. Through the activities in this book, students are expected to create a target language for speaking and writing and use it to communicate with others across the world. Practice English: Students' Workbook is designed and developed precisely under the supervision of some parties. However, it is still far from being perfect.
