‫ﻭﺗﺼﺒﺢ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ ﺑﺂﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ‪ :‬ﻓﻤﻦ ﳛﺮﻡ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﺮﺩﺩﺕ ﻛﺜﲑﺍ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻗﺮﺭ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﰲ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ‬ ‫ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺘﻤﻴﺰ ‪‬ﺎ ﻏﲑﻩ ﳑﻦ ﺑﻴﻬﺪﻫﻢ‬ ‫ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺤﻠﺖ‬ ‫‪ 35‬ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻄﺎﻥ ﻫﻮ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺇﻥ ﱂ ﺗﺴﺤﺐ ﻣﻪ ﺃﻭﺭﺍﻕ‬ ‫ﻟﺪﻳﻬﻢ ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺓ ﻻ ﻳﻘﺒﻠﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻟﻪ ﺃﺩﱏ ﻗﺪﺭ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺛﺒﻮ‪‬ﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 5‬ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ‪\" :‬ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ\"‬ ‫ﻭ‪‬ﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﻌﲎ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺇﻥ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺴﻌﺔ ﺃﻋﺸﺎﺭ‬ ‫‪.‬ﰲ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﺍﻳﺔ ﻇﻨﻨﺖ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻏﲑﻱ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﻛﻮﻳﺘﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ‪ :‬ﻻﻥ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﻻﻳﺘﻤﺘﻊ ‪‬ﺎ ﺇﻻ‬ ‫ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺟﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﻭ ﻭﻛﺄ‪‬ﺎ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﳊﻜﺎﻡ ﻭﺃﻫﺎﻟﻴﻬﻢ ﻭﺃﺯﻻﻣﻬﻢ ﻭﺑﻌﺾ ﻃﺒﺎﻟﻴﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺃﺩﺭﺳﻬﺎ ﰲ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻬﺎ ﻓﻠﻴﺲ ﻗﺼﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﻔﻴﻒ‬ ‫‪ 40‬ﻭﻗﻮﺍﺩﻳﻬﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪.‬ﻟﻦ ﺃﺩﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﳊﻘﻮﻗﻴﺔ‪ :‬ﻻ‬ ‫‪ 10‬ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭﻳﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺣﱴ ﺧﻠﻘﻴﺎ ﺳﺄﻛﺘﻔﻲ ﺑﺪﺭﺳﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻨﺎ ﺃﻛﺜﺮﻭﻃﺒﻘﻨﺎ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻭﺻﻒ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﰲ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺃﻋﻤﻖ ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﺗﺮﺩ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺑﺂﺛﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺟﻞ ﺳﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﳌﻌﻤﻮﺭﺓ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ‬ ‫ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻛﻴﺎﻧﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﻓﺤﺴﺐ ﺑﻞ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﻔﻘﺪﺍﻥ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ‪.‬ﻭﳍﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﺑﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﲤﺜﻠﺖ ﰲ ﲢﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺃﻭﻃﺎ‪‬ﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺩﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 15‬ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻏﻮﺗﲔ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 45‬ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳊﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻌﺔ ﺗﻨﺘﺞ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳊﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺜﻼﺙ‬‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ‪ :‬ﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﻭﻣﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﺗﺴﺘﺤﻮﺫ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪\"-‬ﺍﻟﺐ\" ﻟﺘﺤﺪﺙ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻄﺎﻏﻮﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﲏ ﻫﻮ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﻛﻞ ﲢﺮﻳﻒ ﻟﺒﻌﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻲ ﻭﻳﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﰲ ﺍﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﷲ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﳑﻴﺰﺍ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ ﻛﻮﻳﺘﻴﺎ ﰒ ﺳﺤﺒﺎ ﻟﻠﺠﻨﺴﻴﺔ ﰒ ﻓﻘﺪﺍﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ )ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻴﻬﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺸﻴﻊ(‪ :‬ﻭﳘﺎ ﺍﻵﻥ‬ ‫ﻟﺜﻤﺮﺍ‪‬ﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺘﺤﺎﻟﻔﺎﻥ ﺿﺪ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻭﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ‪‬ﺎﺗﲔ ﺍﳊﺠﺘﲔ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 20‬ﻭﺍﻟﻄﺎﻏﻮﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻫﻮ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﻛﻞ ﲢﺮﻳﻒ ﻟﺒﻌﺪ‬‫ﻭﻫﻲ ﺗﻨﺘﺞ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﺗﻮﺟﺪ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﱐ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻭﻳﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﰲ ﺍﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻳﻌﻄﻲ‬‫‪ 50‬ﻣﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻻ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺇﻻ ﲝﻜﺎﻡ ﺟﻌﻠﻮﻫﺎ‬ ‫ﺣﻘﺎ ﺇﳍﻴﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺴﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪﻱ ﺃﻭ ﺑﺎﳋﻀﻮﻉ ﺍﳌﺎﺩﻱ‬‫ﳏﻤﻴﺎﺕ ﻷﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮﺓ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﺭﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻷﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺓ ﺣﱴ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮﺍ ﺑﺪﻳﻼ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﺔ ﻭﺣﻜﺎﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﳍﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻐﻠﺐ‪.‬ﻭﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻫﺬﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻔﲔ ﻫﻲ ﺟﻮﻫﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﻠﻄﻴﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪\" 25‬ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ\"‪ .‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﰒ ﻓﺎﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﺃﻋﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻜﻠﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻳﱵ‪ :‬ﻭﻫﻲ ﻭﻃﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺩﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﳍﺎ ﺃﺻﻞ ﺩﻳﲏ ﻫﻮ‬‫ﻓﻨﺼﻞ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻷﺻﻞ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﻠﻪ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﳌﻌﲎ ﺍﻷﻋﻢ‬ ‫ﲢﺮﻳﻒ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻳﺆﺳﺲ ﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻒ‬ ‫‪ 55‬ﻟﻠﺒﺪﻭﻥ‪ :‬ﺗﻮﺟﺪ ﺣﻀﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻻ ﺗﻌﺘﱪ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺘﺴﺎﻭﻳﻦ ﻓﻀﻼ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺘﱪﻫﻢ ﺍﺧﻮﺓ‪ :‬ﺣﻀﺎﺭﺓ‬ ‫ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ ﺍﳌﺘﺴﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﰲ ﺍﳊﻘﻮﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺒﺎﺕ‪..‬‬‫ﺗﻘﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ ﺇﱃ ﺳﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﻋﺒﻴﺪ ﻭﺗﺪﻋﻲ ﺇﻟﻐﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﲟﺠﺮﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﲟﺎ ﺃﺩﻣﻦ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﳔﺐ‬ ‫ﰲ ﺍﻟﱪﻭﺑﺎﻏﻨﺪﺍ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 30‬ﺗﻮﻧﺲ ﻭﻣﺼﺮ ﻭﺳﻮﺭﻳﺎ ﻭﻛﻞ ﺃﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻀﺎﺩﺓ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺩﻋﻮﺓ ﻟﺴﺤﺐ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ ﳑﻦ ﻻ ﻳﺮﻯ ﺭﺃﻳﻬﻢ‬‫ﻭﳍﺬﻩ ﺍﳊﻀﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺻﻞ ﰲ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻘﺪﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﻳﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻋﻤﺎﻟﺘﻬﻢ ﻟﻀﻤﻬﻢ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻝ\"ﺑﺪﻭﻥ\"‪.‬‬‫‪ 60‬ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺍﺭﺍﺩ ﲡﺎﻭﺯﻫﺎ ﻟﻜﻦ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ ﻓﺸﻠﻮﺍ ﰲ ﲢﻘﻴﻖ ﺫﻟﻚ‬‫ﻓﻌﺎﺩﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻭﺇﻥ ﺑﺄﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ ﳐﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻫﻲ ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﺻﻔﻨﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﺳﻠﻔﺖ ﰲ ﲝﺚ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﺟﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﺫﻫﺐ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﺇﱃ ﺍﺻﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ‪:‬‬‫ﺍﻟﻄﻮﺍﺭﻱﺀ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﺎ ﺃﺧﻀﻌﻮﺍ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ‬ ‫ﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺐ ﺍﳌﺨﺘﺎﺭ ﻭﻧﻈﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﳊﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪ‪ .‬ﻭﻗﺪ‬‫ﲝﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻮﺍﺭﻱﺀ ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻩ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺗﺒﻴﺢ ﳏﻈﻮﺭﺍ‬ ‫ﻋﺎﰿ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ ﺟﺬﺭﻳﺎ ﻭﺣﺎﲰﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﺃﺧﻄﺮ‬ ‫‪ 35‬ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﺆﻗﺘﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﲢﺮﻳﻒ ﻟﺮﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ‪.‬‬‫ﻭﻣﻌﲎ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﻣﺮ ﻛﻠﻪ ﻳﻌﻮﺩ ﺇﱃ ﺗﺸﺮﻳﻌﻬﻢ‬ ‫‪ 5‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ‪-‬ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ‪-‬ﻓﻬﻲ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺗﲔ‬‫ﻟﻠﻤﺘﻐﻠﺐ ﲝﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺒﻴﺢ ﺍﶈﻈﻮﺭ ﰒ‬ ‫ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺘﲔ ﳘﺎ ﺍﳊﺮﺏ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻭﻻ ﳝﻜﻦ‬‫ﺻﲑﻭﻩ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺸﺮﻉ ﻹﻟﻐﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ‬ ‫ﻋﻼﺟﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻋﻼﺟﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﻣﻦ ﰒ ﻓﻬﻲ ﺭﻫﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﳋﻠﻘﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﲏ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻭﱄ‪.‬‬‫‪ 40‬ﻓﺄﻟﻐﻮﺍ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺛﻮﺭﰐ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪ :‬ﺇﺻﻼﺡ ﲢﺮﻳﻒ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﺗﻨﺘﺞ ﺇﻣﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻘﻴﺔ‪-‬ﺍﻟﻐﲏ‬‫ﻣﻮﺳﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﻭﺿﻊ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﺍﻷﺧﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ‬ ‫‪ 10‬ﻳﺴﺘﻌﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﲑ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻮﻱ ﻳﺴﺘﻌﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻀﻌﻴﻒ ﺣﱴ ﻟﻮ‬‫ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ‪ 1‬ﻭﺍﳌﺴﺎﻭﺍﺓ ﺍﳊﺠﺮﺍﺕ ‪ :13‬ﻓﺤﺮﺏ‬ ‫ﺃﻟﻐﻴﺖ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻮﺹ‪ .‬ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻫﻮ ﺳﺮﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻃﻨﻴﺎ ﻭﺩﻭﻟﻴﺎ‪.‬‬‫ﻭﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻒ ﻭﺍﺿﺢ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻗﺪ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻜﻴﻒ ﻋﺎﳉﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ؟ ﺃﻭﻻ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻄﻠﻖ؟ﻭﺇﱃ‬‫‪ 45‬ﺑﻴﻨﺎ ﰲ ﺑﻼﺩ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪ :‬ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ‪ .‬ﻭﻛﻠﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺃﻱ ﻏﺎﻳﺔ؟ﻭﺍﳌﻨﻄﻠﻖ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ‪ 1‬ﺍﻟﻐﺎﻳﺔ ﻫﻲ‬‫ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪ ﻳﺪﻋﻲ ﺃﻧﻪ ﳏﻜﻮﻡ ﺑﺸﺮﻉ ﺍﷲ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ‬ ‫‪ 15‬ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻥ ﺍﳊﺠﺮﺍﺕ ‪ .13‬ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎﺀ ﻛﻌﺎﺩ‪‬ﻢ‬ ‫ﺃﳘﻠﻮﺍ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺱ ﻓﻘﻠﺒﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳌﺒﺪﺃ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﲢﺮﻳﻔﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺍﳊﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﳋﺎﺻﺔ‪.‬‬‫ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺑﻴﻨﺎ ﺃﻭﺳﻊ ﳑﺎ ﳚﺮﻱ ﰲ ﺃﺭﺽ‬‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪ .‬ﰲ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﺏ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻘﺪﻭﺡ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﺟﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﺍﳋﺎﺹ ﻳﻨﺴﺦ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻋﺎﻣﺎ ﰲ‬‫‪ 50‬ﲝﺠﺘﲔ‪:‬ﺣﺼﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻏﲑ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪ ﻭﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺃﺻﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺧﻄﺄ ﻓﻘﻬﻲ ﻭﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻑ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 20‬ﻟﻔﻠﺴﻔﺔ ﺍﳊﻖ‪ :‬ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﺇﻻ‬ ‫ﺑﺸﺮﻭﻃﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺇﺫﻥ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻧﺎﺳﺨﺎ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻮﻡ‪.‬‬‫ﻟﻜﻨﻪ ﻋﻨﺪﻧﺎ ﻣﻘﺪﻭﺡ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﲟﻘﺘﻀﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻴﺪﺓ‬‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﲏ ﺃﻥ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻻﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺑﻼ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻟﻮﻧﻪ ﻋﻦ ﺁﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﻒ ﻣﺜﻼ ﻧﺎﺗﺞ ﻋﻦ‬‫ﺍﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﳛﻜﻤﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻣﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳋﻄﺄ ﺍﳌﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﱐ‪ :‬ﻫﻲ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﻧﺎﺳﺨﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﻤﺒﺎﺩﻱﺀ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺑﻞ ﻫﻲ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﲞﺼﻮﺹ‬ ‫‪ 55‬ﻣﻮﺍﻃﻨﻴﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 25‬ﻋﻠﺘﻬﺎ‪ .‬ﻭﺗﺰﻭﻝ ﺑﺰﻭﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻜﺲ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺸﻮﻩ‬‫ﻭﻫﻲ ﻛﻠﻬﺎ \"ﺑﺪﻭﻥ\" ﻋﺎﳌﻴﺎ ﻷ‪‬ﺎ ﳏﻤﻴﺎﺕ ﻋﺪﳝﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﺣﺎﻟﻴﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺃﻧﺼﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎﺀ‪.‬‬‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﻻ ﺗﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﲢﺮﻳﻚ ﺟﻴﺸﻬﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺿﺪ ﺷﻌﺒﻬﺎ‬‫ﺑﺪﻟﻴﻞ ﻣﻨﻊ ﺃﻭﺑﺎﻣﺎ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﳒﺪﺓ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻔﻜﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﺨﻴﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺴﻤﻮ‪‬ﺎ \"ﻓﻘﻪ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻗﻊ\" ﻫﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﳋﻀﻮﻉ ﻟﻌﻠﱵ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ‪ :‬ﺣﻜﻤ‪‬ﻮﺍ \"ﻭﺍﻗﻊ\" ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺓ‬ ‫ﺳﻮﺭﻳﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 30‬ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻳﻬﺎ ﰲ ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﳋﻠﻘﻴﺔ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﺛﻮﺭﺓ‬‫‪ 60‬ﻭﻛﻢ ﺃﴰﺌﺰ ﳌﺎ ﺃﲰﻊ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﻳﺪﻋﻮﻥ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ‪.‬‬‫ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺘﻬﻢ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ ﺇﻳﺮﺍﻥ‪ :‬ﻫﻲ ﺗﺘﺴﻠﺢ ﻭﻫﻢ‬‫ﻳﺒﻨﻮﻥ ﻧﺎﻃﺤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺤﺎﺏ‪ .‬ﻟﻜﺄﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺣﻞ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻓﺴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﳊﻠﻮﻝ ﻛﻬﺬﻳﻦ‪.‬‬

‫ﻟﻺﺭﻫﺎﰊ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻠﺨﺎﺭﺝ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ‪-‬ﻭﻳﻬﺰﺃ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﻻ ﻳﻜﻔﻲ ﲪﻖ ﺍﻟﻀﻌﻔﺎﺀ ﺍﶈﺘﻤﲔ ﺑﺄﻋﺪﺍﺋﻬﻢ ﻳﻀﻴﻔﻮﻥ‬ ‫ﺑﻮﺻﻔﻬﻢ ﺃﳘﺎﺟﺎ ﻭﺑﺪﻭﺍ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﺠﺢ ﺑﻨﻄﺢ ﺍﻟﺴﺤﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﺮﺏ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺏ‬ ‫ﺗﺮﲨﺔ ﺷﻌﺒﻴﺔ ﻟﻺﺧﻼﺩ ﺍﱃ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﳍﻮﻯ‬‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﻻ ﻳﺘﺮﺍﺧﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺼﺒﺢ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺷﻬﺪﺍﺀ‬‫ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﳊﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺣﺎﻣﻠﲔ ﳍﺬﺍ ﺍﻻﺳﻢ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺑﺪﺃﻭﺍ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﱰﻭﺍﺕ‪.‬‬‫‪ 35‬ﻳﻄﻌﻨﻮﻥ ﰲ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﻢ ﻭﺇﻥ ﲟﺪﺧﻞ ﺗﱪﺋﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ‬‫ﺛﺎﺭﻭﺍ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ‪ :‬ﻓﻜﻞ ﳉﺎﻥ ﲪﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺻﺎﺭﻭﺍ‬ ‫‪5‬‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺘﱪﻳﻦ ﺇﺭﻫﺎﺑﻴﲔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺃﻋﻮﺩ ﺇﱃ ﺩﺍﻓﻌﻲ‪ :‬ﻛﺜﺮﺓ ﻛﻼﻡ ﺃﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻀﺎﺩﺓ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺤﺐ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ ﳑﻦ ﻳﺴﻤﻮ‪‬ﻢ ﺇﺭﻫﺎﺑﻴﲔ‬‫ﻓﺎﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﻮﻥ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﳌﻌﲎ‬ ‫ﻣﺘﻐﺎﻓﻠﲔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﺭ ﻗﺪ ﻭﺻﻒ ﺑﺎﻹﺭﻫﺎﺏ ﻛﻞ‬‫ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺑﻞ ﻛﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺭﻳﺎﻑ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺐ‬‫‪ 40‬ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺰﺍﻝ ﻋﻼﻗﺘﻬﻢ ﺑﺜﻘﺎﻓﺘﻬﻢ ﻣﺘﻴﻨﺔ ﻭﺣﻴﻮﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﺮﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﺭ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻮﻻﺀ ﻟﻸﻣﺔ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﻢ ﺫﺍ ﻣﻌﲎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 10‬ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﺇﺫﻥ ﺃﻳﻌﺘﱪﻭﺍ ﺁﺑﺎﺀﻫﻢ ﻭﺟﺪﻭﺩﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻗﺎﻭﻣﻮﻩ‬ ‫ﺍﺭﻫﺎﺑﻴﲔ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻄﻮﻉ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﳌﺴﺎﻧﺪﺓ ﺍﺧﻮ‪‬ﻢ‬‫ﻭﳍﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻃﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﰲ ﺍﳌﻐﺮﺏ ﻭﺍﳌﺸﺮﻕ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﰲ ﻓﻠﺴﻄﲔ‪ .‬ﻭﻫﻢ ﻛﺜﺮ‪.‬‬‫ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺔ ﻫﻲ ﳏﺮﻙ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ‪ .‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻘﺪﻭﺍ‬‫ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﻭﺗﻔﺮﳒﻮﺍ ﻓﺘﺨﻮﺟﻮﺍ‬ ‫ﺗﻐﺎﻓﻠﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺻﻞ ﺍﻹﺭﻫﺎﺏ ﻭﻓﺼﻠﻪ ﻫﻮ‬ ‫ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﺭ‪:‬ﻓﻜﻞ ﺍﻻﻧﻘﻼﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺣﺪﺛﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﱂ ﳌﺎ‬ ‫‪ 45‬ﻓﻜﺎﻧﻮﺍ ﺃﻣﻴﻞ ﺇﱃ ﺍﳌﻬﺎﺩﻧﺔ ﺇﱃ ﺣﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺎﻟﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 15‬ﺗﺒﺤﺚ ﲡﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﻨﺖ ﲣﻄﻴﻂ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﺭﻱ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻟﻴﻞ ﻣﺎ‬‫ﻭﻫﺆﻻﺀ ﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﺻﺎﺭﻭﺍ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻘﻼﻝ ﻭﻻﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ‬ ‫ﳛﺎﻭﻟﻮﻧﻪ ﺿﺪ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ‪.‬‬‫ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﺐ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻗﺎﻭﻡ ﺻﺎﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺑﻴﻨﺖ‬‫ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﲜﻼﺀ‪ :‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﻳﺘﻮﻋﺪﻭ‪‬ﻢ ﺑﺴﺤﺐ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﻫﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻌﻤﻠﻮﻥ ﻋﻤﻼﺀ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﻀﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻭﻗﺒﻠﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺃﻱ ﺛﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﻀﺎﺩﺓ ﳌﻨﻊ ﺃﻱ ﺍﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺷﺮﻭﻁ‬ ‫ﻣﻨﻬﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺘﺸﺪﻗﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻓﻔﻊ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪50‬‬ ‫‪ 20‬ﻭﺍﻏﺮﺏ ﻣﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺃﻥ ﻛﻞ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺩﻳﻦ ﺑﺴﺤﺐ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻳﱵ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ ﲝﺴﺐ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﺐ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻮﺍﻃﻦ ﺣﱴ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﺔ ﰲ ﺍﳍﻼﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺒﺪﻭﻥ ﰲ ﺃﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﻭﺑﺪﻭﻧﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻫﻢ ﺃﻗﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺇﳝﺎﻧﺎ ﺑﺄﻭﻃﺎ‪‬ﻢ ﻷ‪‬ﻢ ﻋﻤﻼﺀ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﳌﻲ ﻭﻋﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﻫﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﰊ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺭﲰﻴﺎ‪.‬‬‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﺃﺻﻠﺢ ﺍﻷﺻﻞ ﺍﻱ ﺍﳋﺎﻣﺲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺘﺎﺳﺲ ﰲ‬‫‪ 55‬ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺐ ﺍﳌﺨﺘﺎﺭ )ﺍﻟﻴﻬﻮﺩﻳﺔ( ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﻤﻦ ﺣﺮﺭ ﺗﻮﻧﺲ ﻭﺍﳉﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﻭﺍﳌﻐﺮﺏ ﱂ ﻳﻌﺪ ﺃﺣﺪ‬‫ﺍﳌﺴﺘﺜﻨﺎﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻃﻨﺔ )ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻧﺎﻥ( ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺘﲔ ﺭﻭﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫‪ 25‬ﻳﺴﻤﻊ ‪‬ﻢ ﻷﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﺣﺎﻛﻤﺎ ﻭﺁﻣﺮﺍ ﻭﻧﺎﻫﻴﺎ ﰲ‬ ‫ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﺃﻏﻠﺒﻬﻢ ﺇﻥ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻛﻠﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻬﺎﺩﱐ‬ ‫ﻭﺳﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎﺭ‪.‬‬‫ﻓﺄﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺣﻴﺔ ﻓﻬﻲ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﲏ ﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻒ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ‬‫ﻣﻮﺳﻰ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻓﻬﻲ ﺇﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ‬ ‫ﻭﺩﻟﻴﻠﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻤﻪ ﻋﻴﺎﻧﺎ ﻻﱐ ﻋﺸﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﻓـﻤﻦ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﳛﻤﻞ‬‫‪ 60‬ﻹﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﻋﻠﱵ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﺒﺎﺩ ﺃﻱ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺓ ﻻ ﻗﻮﺓ‬ ‫ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﺔ ﻟﻴﺴﻮﺍ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﲔ ﺑﻞ ﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ‬ ‫‪ 30‬ﻭﺻﺎﺭ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻭﻣﻮﻥ ﻳﺴﻤﻮﻥ ﻓﻼﻗﺔ‪-‬ﺗﺴﻤﻴﺔ ﻗﺪﳝﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ‪.‬‬
