Security Hyperstore 2016 Managing director: Ahmed Kajee I'm an unfailingly enthusiastic, self-motivated, focused apprentice entrepreneur. I have extensive experience in the electronic security and recreational industry. Some of my passions are creativity and design whilst many argue that I have nothing more than a nimble mind. My passions have led me to develop Security Hyperstore. My overnight success with Security Hyperstore had begun in 1998 under the guidance of Mr Maurice Williamson of Ndlovu Fencing who was introduced to me by a Mr Bhai Gora Desai of Stanger. Today I have almost 20 years of extraordinary entrepreneurial success and experience to offer and together with my determination, passion and vision to succeed, Security Hyperstore is on the road to become the largest security retail chain brand in South Africa.

Security Hyperstore 2016 The heads of the Security Hyperstore franchise agreement are: Ø 5 Years with the option to renew after 5 years. Ø Setup Cost: R1000 000.00 (excluding VAT) which includes opening stock of approximately R500 000.00 (excluding VAT). The balance includes complete shop fittings (signage, floors, display cabinets, floors, POS system, lights etc) Ø Franchise Fee: R95 000.00 (excluding VAT) which is payable upon signing the franchise contract or for the immediate reservation of a particular site (and once the Franchisee has been screened and approved by the Franchisor) Ø Owner Operator: Setup Cost: R1000 000.00 Franchise Fee: R950 00.00 Total: R109 5000.00 The total setup costs provides for the complete turnkey operation. The franchise fee is a once of payment for each franchisee that is opened. It secures the rights to operate a franchise, using the Security Hyperstore trademarks and business systems. This includes training for a 21 days.

Security Hyperstore 2016 Management and marketing franchise fee: Management Fee: 4% (Excl. VAT) monthly of Turnover or minimum R6 000 (Excl VAT) Marketing Fee: 2% (Excl. VAT) monthly of Turnover or minimum R3 000 (Excl VAT) Assistance with finance Security Hyperstore has preferential status with some of South Africa's leading financial institutions and Franchising Plus consultants to provide support to would-be franchisees. Working Capital: R80 000.00 We recommend R 80 000.00 as an initial start-up working capital. This amount can either be provided in a form of an overdraft or your own funding can be used for this. These funds will be used to support your cash flow in the initial start-up phase.

Security Hyperstore 2016 Security Hyperstore marketing ethos Security Hyperstore has partnered with some of the best design and marketing think tanks. We provide direction and advice on any local marketing. Joint promotions and exhibitions will be encouraged to showcase the latest Security Hyperstore solutions. The direct selling concept is the very core to the Security Hyperstore mode of operation. Each franchisee operates independently, marketing and selling the services of the consumer.

Security Hyperstore 2016 Training Security Hyperstore provides an inten ve in-house and onsite training course. The franchisee and their ini al key staff members must undergo Staff Ini al Training so as to ensure they are adequately trained to work in the franchised business. This training is conducted at the franchisor's premises in Durban and may last between 6 to 10 working days. The On-Site Staff Ini al Training is conducted at the franchisees new premises, commencing just prior to the opening, and lasts approximately two weeks. The Staff Ini al Training includes the complete contents of the Franchise Product Manual, Merchandising Manual, as well as the following sec ons from the Franchise Opera ons Manual: Ø Products and services Ø Business opera on Ø General administra on Ø Customer liaison

We are looking for someone who is highly mo vated and are willing to follow the system. It is very important that a franchisee is correctly financially geared. Security Hyperstore does not want franchisees that have borrowed so much money to start their business that they end up effec vely “working for the bank”. The actual establishment cost of Security Hyperstore franchise may vary, due to a number of factors but the you should at least have R500,000.00 of your own unencumbered funds plus 6 months personal living expenses while the franchise outlet is being established.
