Why do we need to practice meditation? This is because meditation is a good Solution to be more conscious.
Firstly, It is one of the way to purify the mind; For example, such as meditation helps in devolopment more learning.
Another, It helps to elminate stress because stress affects both the body and reduce hormones that cause stress. In the end, It helps to keep your thoughts from getting distracted.
The reason for this is that meditation Is to empty your mind and focus only on the present. So; praticing meditation makes the mind elear and get a positive attitude, peace of mind and better health.
