History During the 1940’s, people discovered that DNA carried genetic information. Nobody has seen what a DNA looked like. Later on in 1952, Rosaland Flranklin saw what DNA looked like. It wasn’t a clear picture but it was a glimpse on what it looked like. After that, scinetists wanted to know how and what the DNA structure is. They later found out that the structure was a mess and it looked like it was spiral.
What is it made out of? DNA is made out of 4 different nucleotides. Nucleotides are organic molecules that are linked to the phosphate group. These 4 nucleotides are Adenosine, Cylosine, Guanine, and Thymine. Their chemical letters are A, C, G, T.
