Quality Circle Forum of India Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) a National Non- Profit, Non-Political; Member based organization registered under Andhra Pradesh Public Society’s Act 1350 F, established in the year 1982 is engaged in the propagation of various Quality Concepts under the umbrella of Total Quality Management QCFI associates to adopt Quality Concepts in the Industries and Service organization both in Public and Private sector through Education, Training programs, Workshops and also organizes Conventions on Chapter, National and International levels. 2

Quality Circle Forum of India QCFI represents India in the 14 nation International Committee that has been set up for organizing International conventions on Quality Concept Circle, annually. To date, QCFI has organized three International convention in India. Quality Circle Forum of India Benefits of QCFI Membership Invitation to attend the Seminars/Lectures arranged by QCFI HQ / Chapters will be sent. Invitation will be sent to participants to attend Chapter Convention and National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) by paying appropriate fee. Life Members are eligible to undergo “Training for Trainers Program” and: lead assessor course on 5S” organized by QCFI and would be a QCFI Certified trainer and ‘5-S’ lead auditor. Permanent members will be given 10% discount on purchase of QCFI course materials. Reference Library facilities are available in Chapters/HQ’s for reference purpose. For Permanent member organizations Rs.500/- discount per participant in NCQC Members will be invited for AGM of Chapters & Headquarters. Life Members are eligible to vote and to contest for the Council Member of the Chapter/Sub Chapter/Centre and for Director of the Executive Board of QCFI. Selected articles on Quality Concepts, Poem, Slogans etc., by members will be published in QC Journal. Selected reports from Institutional Members on different activities related to QC movement will be published along with photographs in a staggered manner in journal. 6

Permanent Membership Rs.5000/= B Organization (unit) having strength up to 2000 Admission Fee (for new members) Rs.1000/= employees Annual Membership Rs.2000/= Permanent Membership Rs.20000/= C Organization (unit) having strength 2001 Admission Fee (for new members) Rs.2500/= to 5000 employees Annual Membership Rs.5000/= Permanent Membership Rs.50000/= Organization (unit) having strength from Admission Fee (for new members) Rs.5000/= D 5001 and above Annual Membership Rs.10000/= Permanent Membership Rs.100000/= Note: GST @18% is applicable on all the Fees , In Case of Multi Units, each Unit of the Organization has to be enrolled as a separate member. 7

QCFI Activity – 5 S Certification Quality Circle Forum of India is pleased to announce Issue of 5 S Certificate in association with Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE). This they have agreed after seeing the procedure of our 5-S certification. This was declared in the 5 S conclave held on 26th Nov'16 in Mumbai 10

QCFI Membership On 31st December 1982 the Quality Circle Forum of India was registered as a non-profit and non-political organization under Andhra Pradesh Public Society’s Act 1350 F. It’s a member based organization widely accepted across the society in India with of more than 6000 Individual Life Members and more than 1800 Institutional Membership.
