OUR WORK Starting in 2011, House Properties spearheaded multiple real estate investment funds focused on distressed residential and commerical properties. By the end of 2019, our portfolio had an estimated value of $288 million with a collective loan balance of $88 million, resulting in an LTV of only 30.3%.
