BUT ONE DAY JOHN RECEIVED A NOTE FROM MARY SAYING, “JOHN, I DARE YOU TO SPEND 24 HOURS WITHOUT ME, SEE HOW LONG CAN YOU LAST WITHOUT ME AND IF YOU SUCCEED, I’LL BUY YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT” JOHN AT FIRST WAS HESITANT ON TAKING THE DARE BUT THE THOUGHT OF HIM BUYING A GIFT THAT BOTH OF THEM WILL ENJOY CONVINCED HIM. HOURS HAVE PASSED AND JOHN IS STARTING TO MISS MARY BUT HE IS DETERMINED TO FINISH THE DARE. AS THE LAST SECONDS STRUCK DOWN, HE HAPPILY WENT TO MARY’S HOUSE AND WAS EXCITED TO TELL HER THAT HE FINALLY COMPLETED THE DARE BUT WAS SHOCKED BY WHAT HE SAW. JOHN SAW ANOTHER NOTE FROM MARY SAYING, “CONGRATULATIONS JOHN, YOU ACTUALLY COMPLETED MY DARE, NOW I’M SURE THAT YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT MY PRESENCE, ALTHOUGH I’LL STILL BE THERE, NOT PHYSICALLY BUT IN YOUR HEART :>”, JOHN BURSTS INTO TEARS AND WAS COMFORTED BY MARY’S PARENTS AND TOLD HIM EVERYTHING.
LAST SUMMER The sea was teasing my eyes, the sun was lightly kissing my skin, and the wind was gently combing my hair. The lad’s voice is calming my ears as he stands next to me and sees the blue crystal skies slowly eloping with pink cotton candy clouds as the sun goes to sleep. The birds were singing love songs that made us play in the sand like children with snots, and the air was telling us to calm our souls. We finally sat down after exulting as we let go of our burdens and brought another treasure that only we could recall. A FLASH FICTION BY FATIMA R. LULU

But why is the way my teacher taught. With no real this the case? During the interaction or hands-on learning from online lockdown, many students got learning , the majority of ABM students barely the impression that they know or understand their lessons. ABM stands needed to be self-sufficient in for Accountancy, Business, and Management, their studies and not and many students from this strand would constantly ask for help, even if agree that learning the basic principles of they needed it. A lot of ABM students also lack the skills that are needed to be able to solve problems related to ABM, such as solving a journal entry or, my favorite, the one that makes my noggin ache: the one and only cash flow statement. That's just how it is. Of course, ABM students are not the only ones who are struggling to learn, memorize, or be motivated to continue to study because every other student and those from different strands are also having a hard time. This article is written by an ABM student, so it focuses more on ABM students and how the pandemic has impacted our education by no means is it trying to make anyone mad.

Education, an aspect that affects Visual Arts Visual arts have been a part of our Visual arts is seen more as a hobby history ever since. As long as it's than as a career choice and that is made to please the eyes of their why some people don’t want to try audience. Sadly, Visual arts in the any courses that are related to visual Philippines is not heavily focused on arts because they see it as time by the majority. In which, causes the consuming and hard to create. majority to not understand the beauty People who say that art is hard are of the artworks made by people. Arts most likely not to try at all. And that is in general is viewed by Filipinos as why some parents are not fully \"There's no money in arts\" or “It’s just a supportive of their child taking an art waste of time”, based on an article course because they think visual arts made by Nick J. S titled \"Anak, why is not really a career for them to art?. This mindset is common pursue because they think it is not amongst the parents in the Philippines suitable for their children to not take since they want their children to any visual arts related courses for pursue practicality, earning enough them not to waste time for courses money is considered as a must for like that. them so they can live on their own and help with all of their needs. The mindset of people who think visual arts is just nothing but a hobby Visual arts is not given enough and are asking why they chose that attention to freely express more on career path and judging them why the creativeness of a person. Instead, they chose that kind of career and many people focus on different why they want to be an arts. courses and think visual arts is a waste of time, as stated earlier. And not many people consider to take arts related courses instead they focus on the courses that they can make money. People think that visual art is just a hobby and not a career choice, for them it is just an object being made.
Education, an aspect that affects Visual Arts This resulted in a chain of unacknowledged education in arts. Arts education is a mere extension or rather extra to the subjects we students learn nowadays. Although there are many \"minor\" subjects, with arts being one of them, the majority of the students don't really prefer choosing arts since what they expect in arts is all about drawing well. A common stereotype that is spread all out the world of arts is mainly drawing well and not how we can appreciate what arts truly means. With that being said, it only affects the people who can afford a suitable education. How about the people who can't? That's a common issue we face today, education is a struggle for many, thus the appreciation for art is becoming less and less. Although we can see Visual arts, how can we really understand them if we lack education? Education plays a critical role in understanding the true beauty of arts and it doesn’t necessarily need a perfect education for us to understand it. The beauty of arts is that we all have our own sides and opinions in everything artwork we see, but with the lack of education may result in a misconception and possibly conflicts. To summarize all that was stated earlier, arts play a key role in our lives, as history, entertainment, hobby, etc. and if somehow arts isn’t just for you, light education about arts can or may help you in the long run.

What to expect in Accountancy, Business and Management Subjects in grade 11 cover a wide range of topics. This grade level still includes academic subjects, and each strand has its specialized subjects that students will be concentrating on. Students will study Fundamentals of ABM 1 and Principles of Marketing in the first semester of the Accountancy, Business, and Management strand in Grade 11, which focuses more on fundamental accounting cycles and marketing concepts. They will continue to learn about the accounting process in Fundamentals of ABM 2 in the second semester, but this time they will be doing business mathematics, which concentrates more on solving fundamental mathematical problems related to businesses. However, keep in mind that subjects may differ depending on the school students attend. Incoming Senior High School Students should expect to partake in challenging activities and business-related courses that could help them develop their academic abilities and prepare them to study all the topics related to the strand, Accountancy, Business, and Management, expect to receive more workloads as tasks and lessons are more difficult depending on the STRAND they took. Students who enroll in ABM should expect to encounter new subjects that they are unfamiliar with. These are specialized subjects in which they will be able to learn the knowledge required for their future careers. Of course, these are not the only subjects available in this strand, Earth and Life Science, Creative Writing, Kommunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wikang Filipino at Kulturang Pilipino, and Practical Research are just a few examples of what the strand can offer. Expect to see a ton of numbers and should learn how to deal with every single one of them. Although this strand is accompanied by other subjects such as academic-related subjects, it will most likely focus more on business-related matters. This will of course give us enough knowledge to help students deal with most business-related matters.

The teachers are kind and great as well. The only problem is we were in an Online Class setup. We made great memories too with our seniors from grade 12 and we were happy to be close to them. The best way I can describe my experience is it was challenging. There are things that I lost during the process and also gained more memories, knowledge, and experiences that can make me the person I am today.
Experience in Accountancy, Business and Management Although it was challenging, our grade eleven (11) experience was enjoyable. Since there were only five of us in the strand Accountancy, Business, and Management, it was a tough journey, but it was fun since we had activities and outputs that strengthened our bonds. Together, we shared skills, experience, and new information that improved our ability to learn. ABM helps its students become more capable leaders and prepares them to interact with a range of potential consumer behaviors. The ABM strand enables incoming high school seniors with the knowledge they need to be prepared for the business world. \"Making the decision to believe in yourself is essential for success. It is most likely that you will succeed as long as you have the knowledge, skills, and experience related to your chosen career path. Experience in Accountancy, Business and Management When I was in grade 11, I enrolled late, which was difficult for me because there were many tasks that I needed to turn in that were already over their due dates and I had already missed several lectures. Even though we were only 5 at the time, my classmates provided me with a lot of assistance to keep up with the lessons and my missed tasks, and as a result of all of their support, we eventually became good friends. My teacher once told us that she preferred to describe the lessons and tasks as challenging rather than difficult, and I agree. The activities were enjoyable, and the teachers were excellent. \"Don't doubt yourself and don't be afraid because you will eventually run into challenges in all strands. Despite the fact that you know nothing in general, you will learn it here. Consider yourself a beginner once more.\" - Fatima Schatzkain R. Lulu
Experience in Accountancy, Business and Management \"For the future Eddies, If you believe you Being an ABM student is difficult, made a mistake and can no longer follow but being a student is difficult in your career choice as a result, you general. I expected everything to with other students and classmates from be different when I transferred to other strands. You'll find that being an ABM PWU because I only had 5 student is much simpler than being a STEM classmates in 11th grade and we or HUMSS student.\" - Ayshaa Magadam never talked or interacted; none of us did, but it wasn't a problem for me because fewer classmates means fewer things to worry about. So when I found out that I only had 5 classmates at my new school, I laughed because I was relieved that we weren't 17 or 30 students, which would have been extremely stressful for someone who doesn't enjoy socializing.I've warmed up to my classmates, and the same could be said for the teachers; they're nice, funny, and kind, and everyone gets along so well that I don't feel the same way I did in 11th grade.
Experience in Accountancy, Business and Management The experience for me was a hard time because I am a new transfer student and getting to know the norms or getting used to what I don't usually do is of course challenging. But with all of that, the teachers are kind enough to help me out whenever I need help with something or something in general. Although it was challenging, I can't forget about the good times I had, like when I finally got the correct answer to some hard questions, some activities, and many others. \"Trust the process and you will succeed, Don't get overwhelmed, calm yourself and you’ll eventually get there.\" - Kody Y. Jardio
Experience in Accountancy, Business and Management The experience that we had when we were in grade 11 was very tough. There Are only 5 students in the class. We created a bond with each other by helping each one of us and having fun learning with everyone. That year was also challenging for us knowing that we are only 5 because of the activities that we have to join in school but we still made it through. It was still enjoyable for us and having kind teachers that are willing to help us grow to be better people and our adviser that takes care of us even though we were in an online set up we felt that she is trying her best to take care of us 5. \"Just be you and believe in yourself and build up confidence in yourself.
