WONDER PUTTY adheres tenaciously tosash and glass, expands and contracts with the weather and forms a tough surface coating yet remainspermanently elastic. Paint after skin has formed (usually within 48-96 hours depending on weatherconditions) or at least within 4 weeks time with a quality oil-based or latex paint. Because WonderPutty is an oil based product, the use of an oil based paint as a top coat is likely to yield the optimumresults. Freight: Freight is prepaid on a minimum order of $600 in Zone 1, $900 in Zone 2, and $1200 in Zone 3. Zone 1 encompasses the state of Illinois. Zone 2 includes Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
