Outstanding Performance Modified delta filament (MDF) from Universal Fibers® ensures lasting wear and ease of care and maintenance. Offered in type 6 and 66 nylon, our stain-resist technology is built-in and inherent in the fiber. It cannot be worn off by traffic or washed off in care and maintenance. Permanent stain resistance will not diminish over time. The way it performs new is the way it performs throughout the life of the carpet. Best of all, since this technology is not a topically applied flourochemical, it contains no red list ingredients—and is sustainable, recyclable and safe for the environment.

Solution-dyed fiber delivers superior colorfast performance against UV fade and harsh aggressive cleaning methods. It is also the most sustainable coloration method, since unlike traditional wet-dye processes, solution-dyeing requires less water for dyeing and less energy for drying.
