FOOD ART ACTIVITY Food plays an imporatant role in our healthy hygiene. The students were asked to make a food art using the foods. They made a unquie art using various food items. Kids learnt about our healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, dates, grains, etc.. (KG-KIDS) A SPORT UNITES HEARTS...! In our life, sports play an essential role as it helps to keep us both mentally and physically well. However, people consider it to be their leisure time and not important. Through sports, one is able to develop a great skill of leadership. It leads to success and fitness in life. As a popular quote associated with sports says \"No pain No gain.\" Sports help us in many activities in our daily lives as it relaxes our mind. It helps us by making us feel excited and happy. Additionally, it helps us in motivating us towards our goals. Sports Unites hearts undoubtedly, there are various instances where sports cut across all the barriers and unites people. Common wealth games are a big example of the same. There are various tournaments, world cup, events which is around the sports and people from all over the world play games. Besides, the Olympics and some old age games show international unity amongst nations Most importantly sports when played with people from different cultures, countries and social background it helps in uniting people internationally. Sports help in breaking the barriers of religion. Furthermore, it puts a full stop on racial discrimination and it helps in speaking in the language of sports regardless of the language the other person speaks. I conclude with the words of Nelson Mandela. Sports have the power to inspire and unite people. In Africa, soccer enjoys great popularity and has a particular place in the hearts of people.
