General Instructions for events of Spectrum 2021 • Spectrum 2021 will be conducted through the digital platform. • Registration of all the entries to be done by 5 PM Tuesday 12th October 2021 through the given link. https://forms.gle/JqiNx7ZHQ1tnFjK88 • Last date of submission is Saturday, 30th October 2021 till 5 PM. • Submission of entries to be done under following headings : Name of Student/Class of Student/Photos or YouTube link of video. • The Video Entries to be uploaded on YouTube with the title: Spectrum 2021_Name of Activity_Class of Student_Name of Student. • No entries will be accepted after the last day of submission. • Host school will participate as a non competitive team. • Best three entries will be awarded for every event as per the judgement criterion. • All the winners and participants will be felicitated with e-certificates. • The decision of judges will be final and binding.

General Instructions (Continued….) • The participants are requested to abide by the guidelines specified for each event. • Participants can register through his/her school only. Direct entries will not be entertained. • Participants should not reveal the names of their respective schools in their video entries. • Submission of entries to be done on the particular mail id which is appended on each category of the event. • For queries related to the events, please call the respective event in charge between 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm only. • The results will be declared on 12th November, 2021 through : School’s Events’ Email: [email protected] on your registered mail id.
