Tournament Rules This page contains the rules around the gameplay and player behaviour within our FIFA tournaments. We try to include rules for all situations but sometimes assistance might be needed. If this is the case, send a message to a Personal Wager Global League admin on the Discord or Telegram chat. Every gamer has to be aware of the behaviour guidelines and online tournament rules. 1. General 1.1 Personal Wager Global League assumes that each participant who enters a tournament is aware of all the rules and checks them periodically. Insufficient knowledge of the rules cannot be used as an excuse for breaking the rules. 1.2 A player can only create one account. Selling, renting, trading or receiving compensation in any way, shape or form is forbidden. 1.3 Every participant who breaks a rule will be punished. The exact way of punishment will be decided by the admin involved. Examples of punishments are: 3-0 loss, replay, disqualification from the active tournament,, a temporary ban or a permanent ban from all Personal Wager Global League events. 1.4 All participants must be registered on https://personalwager.com prior to playing their first match. 1.5 All „home‟ participants must register their match on the platform (no wager necessary) and both participants („home‟ and „away‟) must ensure to record the results of the match within 5 minutes of ending the match. 1.6 Rosters will be placed on the website before the tournament starts. After the tournament has started no changes or substitutes to the roster will be permitted. 1.7 Matches need to be played within the times the Personal Wager Global League roster shows. 1.8 Gamers who participate are required to play with the Gamer ID (PSN/XBOX/ORIGINS Account) they have specified. 1.9 The Gamer ID which is being used has to equal to the Gamer ID shown on the roster. If another account is going to be used, submit this to an Admin BEFORE the tournament has started. 1.10 Every participant is required to be online in the chat of the tournament they are participating in. 1.11 Every player is responsible for their own connection and has to have a good internet 1.12 Complaining about losing a game incorrectly after a match cannot be taken into account in the final outcome of a match. If there are reasons to suspect that your opponent is not playing by the

rules or serious lag occurs for a long time, report this to the admin before your opponent has taken benefit of the problem (The beginning of the game). 1.13 3rd party software which is designed to give a player an edge over other players is not permitted, with the exception of streaming software. 1.14 participants must meet the age or majority in their respective country, or 18 and over, whatever comes first. 2. Tournament Guidelines 2.1 Each player has to register on the Personal Wager Platform first in order to participate in an online tournament. 2.2 All participants must check themselves in 5 minutes before the tournament starts. This can be done by entering the Personal Wager Global League Channel dedicated to tournament games (Game Lobby Channel), or by notifying an admin on Telegram. NOTE: If you do not check yourself in within 5 minutes, you will not be eligible to participate in the tournament and you would be deemed to have lost the game. 2.3 The game schedule will be published on all Personal Wager group chats promptly at 12:00am EST via „pinned‟ message. It is up to the participants to ensure they know when they are to play their match. 2.4 The player who plays ' home ' is responsible for starting a match. 2.5 Both opponents are responsible for contacting each other and playing the game. 2.6 Participants are not permitted to take extra breaks outside of normal game play when the first whistle is blown. 2.7 Each participant is required to take at least one photo of the score. This photo should contain: the score, the names and a time stamp. Screenshots of the final score must be kept for a period of 14 days and remain unaltered. 3. Specific game settings FIFA 3.1 General:  Settings: Standard settings  Match Duration: 10 minutes (5 minutes per half)  Game speed: Normal  Level: Legendary 3.2 All matches should be played as a ´Friendly Match´ 3.3 All matches have to be played with the online squads. 3.4 Only tactical defence is allowed. 3.5 it is forbidden to use custom formations, only the standard formations are allowed to use. (So don't use the square button to change the position of players)

(When your opponent has a custom formation, take a screenshot and send it in the chat to the admin. Your opponent gets a warning, and you will play a rematch. When a player plays with a custom formation for the second time, he/she will be disqualified.) 3.6 In the event that EA servers crash during a match and all the participants of the tournament are kicked out of the match, the specific match of that round will be played again. 3.7 If a connection is lost, the match will be resumed at the remaining time and the current score. 3.8 Playoff stage:  All rounds in the knock-out stage will be Best of One (1 match)  If there is a tie in regulation time, there will be an overtime round and, if there is still no clear winner, a shootout. 3.9 Participants can only play with national teams. 3.10 It is allowed to change your team during the tournament. 3.11 screen sniping is not permitted. As a safeguard streamers must include a delay of at least 120 seconds while playing matches in the tournament. 4. Reporting scores How do I report scores? 1. Click on the game controller in the menu ( active matches ). 2. Select your active match on the icon with the blue „I‟. 3. Report the correct score and click on confirm. 4. Your score has been reported! 4.1 Players must log in on the Personal Wager platform website and click on your active wager, reporting whether they won or lost. If both players declare they are the winner they must provide proof that they won. If neither player provides proof they both forfeit their game. 4.2 Both players need to report their results within five minutes after the end of the match. 4.3 When only one of the two participants reports the score (or when proof of the score is necessary), that player will be designated as the winner of the contest. 5. Behaviour rules 5.1 all participants in Personal Wager Global League tournaments must treat each other and the organization respectfully. 5.2 When a participant has hurtful, offensive or racist expressions towards his/her opponent, he will be immediately disqualified and disciplinary measures will be taken. 5.3 Bad language and/or threats against the Personal Wager Global League admin means an instant disqualification. 5.4 In cases of fraud and/or cheats, a participant will be disqualified immediately and disciplinary measures will be taken.

5.5 All participants are treated the same way by the Persona Wager Global League Admin. When breaking the rules, the following disciplinary measures will be taken.  1st offense: The player will be disqualified immediately and will get an official warning  2nd offence: The player will be disqualified immediately and will be excluded from the tournament for three months  3rd offence: The player will be disqualified immediately and will be excluded from all future tournaments 6. Personal Wager Global league 6.1 If you have any questions and/or problems, you can contact a Personal Wager Global League admin at all times. 6.2 The participants need to treat the Personal Wager Global League staff respectfully. 6.3 Personal Wager Global League staff need to treat the participants respectfully. 6.4 Personal Wager Global League admin eventually has the right to make decisions when exceptional situations occur. 6.5 Personal Wager Global League will not share information about you, your account or email addresses with anyone. Personal Wager is in the “personal” business. We don't like junk email, we protect our customers from it as best we can, and we certainly don't intend to encourage it by sharing our account information with anyone. If you need a longer policy, email us, and we'll send it to you promptly. 7. Other rules 7.1 Personal Wager Global League reserves the right to make statements and decisions about matters that are not specifically provided for in the rules, in order to maintain fair competition and sportsmanship. 7.2 Personal Wager Global League reserves the right to change rules at all times. For example, this could be caused by changes in software updates or releases of a game.
