It’s accessible via smartphones, tablets and desktop. To access PULSE visit: https://pulse.lifetimetraining.co.uk employer portal The employer portal provides detailed information on an apprentice’s course, with a full breakdown of the topics that are covered and the progress made against them. In England, apprentices will need to undertake an End-point Assessment and it’s their managers role to ensure that their competency against set criteria are checked. It’ll also be the responsibility of their manager to sign off the apprentice as ready to move towards End-point Assessment, so you need to ensure that you’re in the loop.Your regional trainer will provide training on the system on sign up. In Scotland and Wales, there isn’t an End-point Assessment, so the portal can be used as a way of monitoring progress against topics.
