Lifetime’s blended delivery Our approach to learning is flexible. Lifetime’s blended delivery model supports training delivered face-to-face in the workplace or virtually via our online learning platform. We work directly with employers and managers to make sure apprenticeships are individualised to each learner and work seamlessly with shift patterns (to ensure sessions take place at quieter times of the day). Our training is on-site or virtual, which means apprentices learn alongside their work in the environment they’re already used to, and training can be adapted to every workplace.
