As a school we value the impact PE and Sport can have on other challenges facing our young people, including communication skills, improving attitudes towards be active and learning across the school and supporting a more active school through cross curricular links within PE lessons and more opportunities for active Maths and English lessons. For our pupils, the curriculum will place additional focus on creating sustainable participation in sport, by creating and maximising the potential of links with local community clubs and facilities. In addition to supporting opportunities for all pupils to participate, the school will focus on identifying pathways and offering support for pupils who demonstrate ability in one or more activities or sports.
