Math Relay 2020 Report by Sruthi Shiju We can’t deny that Mathematics and Physical Education are an inte- gral part of a child’s growth. This was practically tested when the kids of Grades 1 and 2 sprinted as well as solved problems to partici- pate in a fun-filled Math Relay in January 2020. The event was con- ducted by the Matrix Club as a part of academic activities. For the preliminary round, all the kids participated in the Relay Race and solved Mathematical prob- lems. The winners from each class were grouped into teams of four, for the final round. Sprinters with the ability to ‘think on their feet’ and solve the math questions, won the race!
