This is an exposure programthat allows the students to experience handling and servicing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in actual serviceworkshops, under the supervision and mentorship of dealer after-sales professionals.

Specialized Toyota Automotive Training ProgramWith the aim to become the best source of world-class Filipino talent for the global Toyota Network, theSpecialized Toyota Automotive Training Program or STATP was formed to develop students from partnerschools to become highly-skilled automotive professionals.Currently, TMP Tech has an existing training-to-employment partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Import andDistribution Co, Ltd. (ALJID)—one of the world’s largest independent distributors of Toyota vehicles. Traineesundergo an extensive automotive servicing and diagnostic course, which includes handling of Toyota andLexus vehicles both at school workshop setting and local Toyota dealerships.After qualifying in all the requirements, graduates are assisted in their preparations for employment in ALJID’sdealer network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Capsulized Auto Repair Series (CARS)TMP Tech offers this series of short courses specifically designed for vehicle owners and enthusiasts whohave interest in automotive maintenance and servicing. Students enrolled in CARS are equipped with properknowledge and skills to keep an automobile in condition, maintain its optimum performance, and preventserious functional troubles. All CARS classes are offered in 2 to 6-week sessions which are held on Saturdays. Course Duration 16 hours1. Vehicle Periodic Maintenance (2 days) Learn how to properly check a vehicle and change engine oil & coolant, transmission fluid, battery, air filters, tires, etc. 48 hours (6 days)2. Gasoline Engine Servicing Learn how to service a vehicle, maintain gasoline engine systems and more.3. Diesel Engine Servicing Learn how to service a vehicle, maintain diesel engine systems and more.4. Automotive Body Repairing SOONThis 7-month course covers the TESDA National Certification (NC) Level II in Automotive Body Repairingand Toyota-specific technical courses. Students undergo classroom and workshop sessions at TMP Tech,and an extensive on-the-job training at body repairing facilities of local Toyota dealerships.Core competencies cover panel beating, unibody repair, frame and chassis alignment, metal-inert gaswelding, diagnosis, job estimation and other advanced techniques to restore damaged vehicles back to themanufacturer’s specifications, among others.Automotive Body Painting & Finishing SOONThis 7-month course covers the TESDA National Certification (NC) Level II in Automotive Body Painting &Finishing and Toyota-specific technical courses. Students undergo classroom and workshop sessions atTMP Tech, and an extensive on-the-job training at painting facilities of local Toyota dealerships.Core competencies cover paint mixing, paint material application, color matching, diagnosis, job estimationand other advanced techniques to restore aesthetics of vehicle’s paint finish, among others. This coursealso uses solvent and water-based automotive paints and equipment at environmentally-safe facilities tomeet global Toyota quality standards.

TMP Tech maintains a pool of TESDA-accredited assessors for several automotive courses.Assessment ServicesTMP Tech conducts scheduled assessments on Automotive Servicing and Automotive Body Repairing,which are open to those who have rendered professional service and/or acquired prior training in otherTESDA-accredited institutions. The applicant must present a valid Certificate of Training / Prior Learning,and/or Certificate of Employment for automotive professionals.
