From MD's Desk Dear Colleagues, COVID cases has come down drastically in all most all part of India, having said this COVID is still there. Everyday within Pune/ This 15th August we celebrated Gurugram/ Chennai there are Independence Day with great approx. 150 to 500 new cases. We enthusiasm within our plant, this need to be alert and follow COVID year participation of our safety protocols. We should colleagues and families was really train/educate our loved ones too, overwhelming which also helped to to follow COVID safety protocols. make event a great success. Our business right now is affected due to Chip/semiconductor shortage, according to various survey and research this chip shortage might last for few more months and in some cases might extend till end of 2022. Our customers are struggling and trying to produce as many number of vehicles depending on availability of Chip/Semiconductor; we all need to do our utmost to ensure availability of our parts to customer as per requirement.

Due to current scenario we must learn to work as per “Just in Case” in place of “Just in time”. “Communication – Key to success” is very good topic for this quarters Rayjuvenate. We all know there can be various ways of communication and frequency too. This message is also part of communication!!! Our every month MCM, Our prime minister also communicates regularly through Man Ki Baat.
