CREATING An eager group of about forty travel agents, media, MILESTONES corporate clients and staff of Thai Airways (TG) arrived for their first get-together session at SATS InflightTHAI AIRWAYS CORPORATE Catering Centre 2 on 28 June 2018.PARTNERS ENGAGEMENT SESSION2018 – A SNEAK PEEK INTO The guests donned on kimonos and hairnets after theINFLIGHT MEAL PREPARATION welcome drinks and embarked on an exciting tour of our in-flight kitchen, with many having their first-time experience. During the visit, they were able to learn the process of in-flight meal preparation and ask our friendly and knowledgeable tour guides any burning questions they had. Our SATS Chefs presented the various dishes served on TG flights. Chef Narong Hansoonthronrapoj, our very own Thai Chef, brought the guests through the specially prepared Thai dishes. The guests were impressed with the presentation of the meals and were treated to a Business-Class style's tasting session. SATS recreated the same Business- Class set-up for the guests and presented a meal which consists of: 1. Bread- Basler Brunsli, 2. Appetizer - Rock Melon and Prosciutto Ham Salad, 3. SATS CATERING CELEBRATES The Grand Opening of Terminal 4 has unlocked another WITH CHANGI AIRPORT milestone as the Changi Airport charts new paths in its GROUP AT THE TERMINAL 4 journey as a global aviation hub. GRAND OPENING CEREMONY Mr. Khaw Boon Wan, Minister for Transport and Guest-8 of-Honor, launched the Grand Opening at Changi Airport Terminal 4 on 3 August 2018. Various parliamentary members, Executives of CAAS and CAG, and aviation partners attended the launch. Local composer, Mr. Dick Lee also made a guest appearance as the voice behind the mini- theatre installation that unveils the tapestry of Singapore’s rich culture and heritage architecture. SUMMER TREATS AT SATS CREATING PREMIER LOUNGE MILESTONES SATS Premier Lounge celebrated ‘Summer Treats’ with our airline clients to show our appreciation for their continuous support through the year on 12 July 2018. The highlight of ‘Summer Treats’ was the highly raved freshly baked Belgian waffles, topped with gelato. There were six flavours of gelato to choose from, and at least ten variety of toppings on the table. UNLOCKING ACHIEVEMENTS SATS BAGS TWO BIG WINS AT THE SINGAPORE CORPORATE AWARDS 2018 Leading lights of the local corporate governance scene were honoured at the 13th annual Singapore Corporate Awards on 18 July 2018, in a black-tie event dubbed the \"Oscars\" of the Singapore business world. The Singapore Corporate Awards was launched on 19 September 2005 as the umbrella awards for exemplary corporate governance practices for listed companies in Singapore. The awards, in their 13th year, were organised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Singapore Institute of Directors and The Business Times, with the support of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and Singapore Exchange (SGX). They aim to recognise and promote excellence in corporate governance among listed companies here.
