while working, and can be very tiring. Try usinglighter weight tools and as many hand tools aspossible. Stand as straight as possible whiledoing work. To make the job easier on yourselfwear a tool belt and only carry the tools that youwill need to do for each job. Wear gloves, kneepads and the proper eyewear on the job. Try andfind tools that fit your hands properly. Buy toolswith a good grip. Keep the area you are workingin clean and free of debris so you won't fall ortrip. Stand up, move around and reposition yourbody often. It is not good to be stuck in oneposition for long periods of time.
