A spacious, vivid, relaxing and comfortable lobby where you can enjoy a drink or a light lunch watching the sea waves, the gardens, the large swimming pools and the beach. Emergency Exits All hotel guests are kindly requested to read the Emergency instructions carefully located behind the door of each room. In the event of an alarm, please use only the stairs and not the lifts. Safety Upon your return to the room we kindly advise you to lock the door. If your room key is lost or stolen, please inform the Reception desk immediately. When you leave the room, check you have locked the doors and windows. Don’t mention your hotel name or room number to strangers. Do not leave your luggage unattended upon your departure. Voltage The hotel’s electric power is 220Volts. Please do not leave your personal belongings or clothes on sunbeds and umbrellas during the night. Sunbeds and beach/ swimming pool umbrellas are sorely for the use of our guests. Air Conditioning / Heating All hotel rooms are equipped with an autonomous a/c unit. Please contact the Reception desk for delivery details. Lifeguard Swimming pools, Aqua Park as a well as our beach are supervised daily 10:00 – 18:00 by trained lifeguards.

If you have any particular preferences, please contact the Public Relations Department. Beach towels You are kindly requested to use only the beach towels located in your room. If you need a replacement deliver them to the maid. We would be grateful if you avoided using bath towels at the beach and the swimming pool. Swimming pools Our hotel offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, a central with freshwater as well as two outdoor swimming pools with sea water. Moreover, we offer a kid’s pool as well as an indoor heated pool (April to October). For safety, technical and public peace reasons we would kindly ask you not to use the pools between 19:00-07:00. Credit cards / Checks We welcome the following credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard. Personal checks are not accepted. Laundry / Dry Cleaning / Ironing service At Grecotel App find the Price list and the laundry service form. Please fill, place your clothes in the bag and deliver it to your room’s cleaning staff. Delivery within 48 hours. Ironing: 24 hours. Express delivery the same day: +50% surcharge. In such an event, contact the Reception desk as soon as possible. Service is closed on Sundays and official holidays.

First Aid In case of emergency, contact the Reception desk or the nearest hotel department. All hotel departments have a First Aid Kit. Fire Safety Fire extinguishers are located on all main building floors. Please read thoroughly the Fire Emergency Procedures located behind your room’s door. In case of fire, contact immediately the reception and evacuate the building. Please use the stairs and NOT THE ELEVATORS. Radio All rooms are equipped with TV set and pre-installed music channels. Conference Center The Grecotel Olympia Riviera Resort conference center has large and comfortable conference halls and ball rooms. The conference center is located between Grecotel La Riviera and Grecotel Olympia Oasis. For more information please contact the Sales Manager or the Events Manager. Taxi service Taxi reservations are made via the Reception. Special airport rates. TV All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and pre-installed music channels.
