As part of our school tradition, we intend to provide a platform for the participants to demonstrate their talent. The valedictory function will be held as per the following details: Date: 07.12.2021 Time: 11:00 AM via Virtual Meeting Details regarding the rules and regulations for various categories of competition are appended (the Events will be held on various dates as mentioned in the Annexure attached). General Guidelines 1- Ebullience-2021 will be conducted through a digital platform. 2- The platform for offline events will be unrestricted YouTube/Google link/one drive etc. 3-All registrations must be done on or before 18th November, 2021 latest by 5 p.m. 4-All event entries must reach individual event incharges of the host school by 27th November, 2021. 5-Repetition of a participant in more than one event is not permitted. 6-Only one team per event per school is allowed. 7-The participants are requested to abide by the rules specified for each event. 8-The decision of the judges will be final and binding. 9-No entries and registration will be accepted after the last date of registration. 10-The name and class of the participant(s) must be clearly specified in the registration form. Guidelines for Digital (Recorded ) Events 1. All the entries must be submitted through the Google Forms only. Please refer to the event index page for the Google Form link for individual events. 2. No entries will be accepted after 27th November, 2021. 3. No participant is permitted to reveal his/her name and the name of the school during the video shoot. 4. The video must be taken in one shot without any cut / edit. Any kind of edit, cut in the video is strictly prohibited and it might lead to disqualification of the participant. 5. Please maintain the time limit mentioned for the event. 6. Entries must be submitted in the form of a YouTube link (Choose the unlisted option do not make it public). 7. Every school must assign one teacher for each event. The name and contact details of the teacher must be entered in the Google Form along with the details of the participant. 7
Guidelines for Digital (Live) Events 1. ZOOM meeting invites for the Digital (Round 2) events and the school code to join the meeting will be shared with the shortlisted schools individually for the mentioned events. 2. Please ensure that each participant has a stable and fast internet connection. 3. The participant should join the meeting 10 minutes prior to the starting time. 4. The participant must keep his/her camera ON throughout the event. 5. The camera must be adjusted in such a way that the entire workstation and the participant are visible throughout the event. 6. No participant will be allowed to leave the meeting in between the event. 7. Please ensure that parental guidance and supervision is restricted only to handling of camera and preparing the video. 8. No extra time will be provided for pre-preparation. 8
