Fpe's Background The Faculty of Management and Economics (FPE) was established in October 2002/2003 known by the original name of tLhe Faculty of Business and Economics. In June 2010 as a result of the restructuring of the Faculties at the university, FPE also underwent a change that the name was renamed as Faculty of Management and Economics. The ongoing transformation in the field of education that is being implemented in the country is in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) which is taking place globally. UPSI is also implementing a transformation to fulfill its aspiration to become a superior educational university in the region and gain worldwide recognition. UPSI Vice Chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr Mohammad Shatar Sabran, said this effort is done at all levels of study from diploma to doctoral degree. To fulfill the aspirations of UPSI, FPE has planned postgraduate education in line with the development and needs of high-impact industry challenges. The main thrust of the postgraduate programme focuses on the holistic development of the generation of creative thinking based on skills, abilities and knowledge. FPE focuses specifically on shaping the thinking system among students to build the potential of professional ability and increase professionalism. Through a comprehensive postgraduate programme and the latest methods, FPE is able to produce graduates who are ready to lead the future minds of the country in accordance with its motto \"FPE - Leading Future Minds\".

FPE's Facilities FAKULTI PENGURUSAN DAN EKONOMI Faculty Notice Board is surfaces intended for posting public messages such as announcing an event, or providing information as well as directions to a place. In FPE faculty, there are many notice boards to make it easier for students or anyone to get information. In fact, it is easy for new students or visitors to find a place that they want to go such as classroom, lecturers’ room and others. Smart Classroom was located on the ground floor next to the FPE’s Omart. It provide new learning environment that meet the requirements of IR4.0 Smart Classroom and Edu.4.0. We once held a class there with a faculty lecturer, Dr. Ahmad Amri bin Zainal Adnan. The layout and design inside is different from other lecture rooms.. This machine has become one of the attractions for students in the faculty. A wide selection of cold drinks is available on this machine. It is very easy for buyers as they do not have to queue long because it Vending Machine was created to make transactions quick and easy. In faculty, this machine can provide us cold drinks when other stores do not operate because it available 24 hours a day.

\"Laman Ilmu FPE\" Laman Ilmu provides several sets of tables and chairs that students can use it to hold a study group or some discussions. Considering that most of us did not stay in the same hostel and for that reason, we can use Laman Ilmu to discuss group works. It is also placed near the food stalls which I found it is very convenient for us as students. Most students did not have time to have breakfast at the hostel. Therefore, they also can have breakfast or even lunch here.

Rooftop Garden Rooftop garden is the most favourite spots for FPE’s student. It is a chilling place with cool furniture and lovely environment. It also provides several sets of tables and chairs whereas we can even study or doing some works. The seating set near the balcony allows students to see the cool view from above. We can even host a mini game in here to release our tension. It is a nice place for rest and recreation as well as places for study.

FPE Office As we know, office is the information centre of an organization as well as in institution. The office is a place that students will refer to if they have problems related to class schedules as well as to ask about their learning process. Thus, the FPE office is very helpful in managing all student affairs and even the staffs are very friendly in treating students Directions to the class are FPE Directions displayed on each floor of the building as a guide for students and lecturers to find classrooms more easily. As FPE students and staffs, these signs become one of our important daily references so that we do not enter the wrong lecture room during lecture time.

FACILITIES Student Lounge This student lounge is located at 3rd floor block 10. So that students can study and have a group discussion in a comfortable place. Prayer FPE opened a Prayer Room on Room campus for students, faculty and staff who needs to pray in an effort to serve the needs. It also will make it easy for student to just pray at there when they are rushing for classes. Elevator Elevator is important for Lecturer, Memoria student, visitors or someone who in needs to use it. It makes our life easier. Let us work and go to different floors faster, allows us to transport goods with ease and helps us feel comfortable and relax to go to class or office. This piece of art displaying activities and achievements throughout the years of student and faculty staff itself. This kind of things will served as memories to all of us who had been here during study. It has been placed in many area but mostly in ground floor near smart classroom.

\"Bilik Simulasi Bursa Saham\" Launched on 19 October 2019 by Vice Chancellor of UPSI. Despite the room quite small, it still offer almost same simulation in Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur. Even though, it mainly using by student themselves but faculty also offer to state community to learn about stock exchange via class. It has big screen and trading floor to accommodate stock transaction. Students can follow the simulation of news that affecting stock exchange. Not to mentions, it also has portfolio management process and risk management strategy.

BEKU THE GREAT SLUSHIES! Despite success from our own Nescafe-themed drinks booth, Faculty of Business and Economics does not stop there. They launched their next drinks booth that is ‘BEKU’. They sell almost every type of drinks consist of coffee, smoothie and juice. In addition, they sell infamous Bobba Milk Tea too as that is trend among other brands too.

FPE Omart GROCERY STORE, SHOPPING & RETAIL Omart is located at Block 10 ground floor. They sell almost everything including books. It is easy for student who are looking for stationary stuff and also books regarding their subject because Omart sell all those stuff there. 

Parking FPE! Staff Parking OKU Parking Student Parking Other facilities are the provision of parking for students, staffs and even for the disabled (OKU) is also provided. It is very strategic parking where it is close to the FPE faculty greatly facilitates the movement of students as well as staffs. I as a student who brings a vehicle to college, the provision of parking is a very good facility to keep my vehicle safe.

FPE Lecture Room Classroom is very essential in Classroom in FPE provides a good university to promote and stimulate environment for students to attend collaborate learning. Collaborative lecture sessions. It provides large learning increases a student's self- space, suitable temperature and awareness about how other students proper lighting. Classroom in FPE also learn and enables them to learn more minimize the noise from the outside easily and effectively, transforming of classroom which help students to them into keen learners inside and stay focused on lecture sessions. beyond classroom.

The facilities at FPE strongly influences student’s wellbeing, behaviour, performance, learning and innovation. Students and lecturers often rely on the facilities they get in university for their physical and mental wellness. Improving the standard of university facilities is a costly effort. However, when the positive effect of facility development on students and lectures is converted into monetary values, the benefits of such investment far outweigh the cost of maintenance. FPE did the right job to provide students, lecturers and staffs with the facilities which helps a lot of them to improve their productivity.
