Appointments Reservations are required. For same day appointments please call prior 10:00 am to check availability. For an optimal spa experience Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, this will allow you to check in and relax prior to your services. Should you arrive late your treatment may be shortened to allow your therapist time to accommodate the next guest. Cancellations All spa services are reserved especially for you, so please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Full-service fee will be charged for no shows and same day cancellations. Age Requirements The facilities are reserved for those 16 years or older unless accompanied by an adult. Service Charge Spa services will be charged to your membership account. This includes a 20% gratuity for the therapist. The amount maybe increased or decreased at the discretion of the member. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available for any of our spa services and are valid for up to one year after the purchase date. Available for purchase at the Racquet sports and fitness center.
