Amerigo Vespucci Regarded as “the most beautiful ship in the world”, the Amerigo Vespucci training ship has inspired this exquisite limited edition of fine writing instruments that honors the Italian sailing tradition. Covered in the layers of ashes spewed by Mount Vesuvius during the catastrophic eruption of August 79 AD, the city was lost for about 1,700 years, allowing us today an extraordinarily detailed insight into the life of an ancient Roman city. The pen is built from large pearly resin bands in “Pompei Red” color.
