INTRODUCTION Team, The health, well‐being and safety of our colleagues is our utmost priority. With your health and safety top of mind, we formed several cross‐functional task forces to support back to the office and operational efforts. Made up of colleagues from each of the Ilitch companies, the task forces developed policies, plans, and best practices following the expert guidance of local, state, and federal officials – inclusive of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) – and compiled that information into this interactive handbook. As you will see, it covers a wide range of important topics designed to enhance colleague safety throughout our buildings; a comprehensive, step‐by‐step resource to help inform and facilitate this transition. Regular updates will be made to the handbook and communicated to you as the situation evolves. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please share them with your supervisor or HR business partner. We know these last few months have presented unique logistical challenges, but you’ve continued to adapt and get the job done. Please know we are grateful. And, importantly, we appreciate the many ways in which you support and look out for one another. We will lean on this collective spirit and determination moving forward. Stay safe, David Scrivano, Chris Granger, Keith Bradford, Dave Kowal, Howard Handler 2
