MENTORING PROGRAM Mentoring is a transformative experience for both mentors and mentees. It goes beyond simply providing guidance and support; it involves building a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, and shared learning. We partnered with Foundation for Excellence to help scholars acquire essential career-relevant skills that are necessary for building a foundation for a good career. Arunima Jha Mahesh Jangir “I liked the way the program is designed. Mentor Mentee Good quality modules which are really going to help me in near future. Etiquette module is my personal favourite. I have learnt many skills like workplace etiquette, how to face an interview etc. My mentor Arunima mam made me comfortable with her in our first call itself, which made all our sessions very comfortable and interactive. I have applied these skills and knowledge while presenting my minor project. They helped me a lot to remain calm and speak without showing the nervousness signs.
