RIVERWALK Stortford Interiors was appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver a prestigious high volume, high-end residential drywall scheme on the banks of the River Thames in Westminster. The scheme provided 116 luxury apartments and penthouses within two adjacent 16 and six storey buildings. Our scope included drywall and ceilings to apartments and common areas with exacting demands on both performance and quality.The scheme was laden with sophisticated intimate radius detailing and permitted Stortford Interiors to utilise our ingenuity and interface expereince to deliver a peerless installation. With an array of expert stone wall finishes to washroom areas, the accuracy of setting out was imperative to the success of the scheme. To facilitate this accuracy Stortford Interiors employed a template methodology and where possible, utilised off-site modular carcasses to assist quality and provide programme benefits. “ At Riverwalk we employed Stortford to undertake the substantial and complex drylining, partitioning and ceilings package of work. QUADRANT 4 Parkrose was employed directly by The Crown Estate under a CM contract. Stortford Interiors’ in-house joinery division delivered a range of bespoke services including; drywall partitions, MF and GRG ceilings, bronze-wrapped columns, Creme Perla and Anglesey stone flooring, American Black Walnut veneered panelling, credenza unit and reception desk, creating the ultimate in extravagant reception areas. Working closely with the construction managers and client team, the challengingdesign required a competent specialist to make the vision a reality. Quadrant 4 is a 1930s building off Piccadilly Circus that has been transformed into 48 luxury apartments by the Crown Estate. “ The works were diligently and capably managed and even when contentious issues arose, Parkrose were always helpful and supportive in nding a solution. EASTBOURNE TERRACEThe unique 18 storey tower provides 92,000 sq ft of office space designed by Fletcher Priest architects, offering Grade ‘A’ office accommodation withcompelling London views. Stortford Interiors was appointed to deliver a broad Interior Architectural Package that encompassed both core, drywall and suspended ceilings in addition to joinery and washrooms via Parkrose. Thewide scope enabled Stortford Interiors to manage intimate package interfaces and de-risk delivery with tangible benefits to both quality and programme. Parkrose installed 17 floors of high quality bespoke washrooms utilising an innovative off-site manufactured solution to provide on-site economies and superior finish. The expansive package also encompassed reception fit-out, doorsets, parquet flooring, lockers and glass wall. Our scope extended to the wind-protected roof terrace fit-out to provide impressive views for this central Paddington business hub. “ The quality of workmanship and the nished product is a testament to the hard work and attention to detail by everyone at Parkrose. The package includes MF ceilings, modularraised flooring, laminate fronted cubicles and IPS units, ceramic tiling to walls and floors, solid surface vanity troughs, integrated mirrored cabinets, colour backed glass, mirrors and door-sets. The inclusion of a full MEP remit to the appointment has enabled Parkrose to provide a one-stop-shop. BNP PARIBAS Stortford Interiors was appointed to deliver a wide Interior Architectural Package and the refurbishment of a prestigious CAT A commercial space for Client Structuretone at 101 New Cavendish Street. The high-profile project within the heart of London’s West End encompassed a broad package scope thatincluded ceiling works to the field areas and an extensive washroom fit-out scheme.Stortford Interiors was responsible for the installation of new MF ceilings throughout the floors with bespoke mesh panelling to common areas. The drywall package captured new partition and lining works to the cores. The contemporary washroom scheme, delivered via Parkrose, included glass fronted cubicles, sanitary ware,Corian feature basins, reclaimed timber cladding, mesh ceiling and wall treatments, mirrors and timber door-sets. Once again the expansive package scope enabled Stortford Interiors to demonstrate their experience in close interface management, de-risk delivery and provide both commercial and programme benefits. “ Stortford Interiors performed very well.
