Inside AGILE BC2 Learnings and Operationalization After successful completion of BC1 journey in Dec'2019 with the guidance of Agile Coaches, some of the Product teams are continuing on the journey with BC2 mostly self-driveInnwsiitdhesomAeGsIeLsEsioBnsCfr2omLtehaerCnoinacgh.and Operationalization Below are the 1 hour sessions that happened in Q1/Q2 2020. Feb - Smaller Backlog Items Mar- Prioritize Highest Value Work Apr - Schedule for early completion May- Identify Process Improvement and Waste Based on the understanding from these sessions, teams have started implementing some of the BC2 concepts like Right Sizing, Cost of Delay ( which covers Business Value, Time Critical, Risk Reduction), WSJF ( Weighted Shortest Job First) for their Products and also are updating RALLY accordingly. Business Team also recognized the value of these concepts and much inclined adapting to these concepts.
