The lonely village • There was a tiny village in China which was on a hill station. This village relied on agriculture to provide for them. The village was very isolated and had not much around it except for lakes. It was always a pleasant weather, a little chilly but not too cold, they had constant rain but very light. Good enough for them to grow their crops.

The flood in the village This year the villagers were not expecting a heavy monsoon, but they experienced the most unexpected, suddenly the clouds cracked and a huge wave of water caused mayhem all over the village. There were people drowning and there were people dying everywhere. It was the most destructive thing they had ever seen. Everything was destroyed. Their cattle's had died and also their horses.

The flood in the village • Suddenly the skies cleared and the sun came out, everyone was scared, the water was starting to calm down. Everyone's houses were devastated, the villages crops had been destroyed leaving no food, the villagers had no hope left so they had to abandon their home and seek for a new one.
