CSR activity There is no better way to thank God for your sight than by giving a helping hand to someone in the dark” Trying to live to above mentioned line, On 12th December 2022, we had invited Mr. Prakash Kute visually impaired who takes care of him and his family by selling calendars. This was a small gesture to make his selling efforts little less tiresome where he could sell his calendars to ARaymond employees and earn his livelihood. He was accompanied by his wife who is physically challenged. While talking to Prakash, we came to know that he has a son who is studying in 2nd year college and wish to appear for UPSC exams, is also visually impaired and his treatment is going on in Hydrabad Eye Hospital. 52| CSR Activity
Prakash came with variety of calendars like Kalnirnay, Mahalaxmi, Anandivastu, Car calendar etc. and into various languages. The price ranged between Rs.35-67, where majority of the employees could buy and support him in little way. Prakash could sell around 150 calendars in four hours of time. It was a great satisfying and learning day for us as we took part in arranging this activity in company premises. We had lot to learn from him, like being independent and arranging and locating different calendars from the bag, correct identification of different amount of notes. He doesn’t consider himself as handicap. This inspired everyone of us present there. And made us to introspect, that after having everything in life, being so healthy & happy, we keep complaining about life. And hear is a person in all adversaries, is very positive, courageous, independent, and full of self- respect. Here we wanted to support visually impaired prakash but in return, he opened our eyes and taught us that “one can be without sight but cannot be without vision” 53| CSR Activity
Happiness grows by giving \"Winter's Morning\" has been essayed many times. But this morning was a little more cheerful. Ranjana madam told me that there is such a CSR activity. When ARaymond India is doing something like this and all I have to do is give some time and in return the smiles on the faces of many students, I can't say no. \"Shive\" is a very beautiful and small village. And when we entered the village, the glimpse of my village was fresh in a moment. ARaymond India has provided 30 Benches to the students so that they can study in a comfortable and hassle- free environment. The teachers there did not have enough words, but their value was visible in their eyes. Ranjana madam also brought breakfast for the students. Shivshankar become Santa Claus for the children. This Santa was giving more happiness than the benches. ARaymond India was entitled to the respect got from the school. आजचा दिवस माझा आज सकाळी गजाननला जाग आली तेव्हा घड्याळात पहाटे पाच चा गजर झाला होता. पटकन उठून त्याने वाजणारे घड्याळ बंद के ले. आळस झटकू न तो अवरणायास गेला. जाता जाता त्याने आदित्यला उठवले आणि तयार होण्यास सांगितले. आज आदित्य ची फु टबॉल ची मॅच होती आणि त्याला सोडण्यासाठी गजानन जाणार होता. दोघेही बापलेक तयार होऊन निघाले. दिवस थंडीचे होते अजून सूर्य उगवला नव्हता त्यामुळे थोड्याशा धूसर प्रकशात मैदानात पोहोचावे लागणार होते. दोघेही दुचाकीवरून मैदानापर्यंत पोहोचले आदित्यला सोडून गजानन घरी जाण्यासाठी निघाला. थोडेसे अंतर पुढे गेल्यावर त्याला एनडीए चे मैदान लागले त्याच्या मनांत उगीच विचार तरळून गेला की थोडासा चालण्याचा व्यायाम करावा. रोजच्या ऑफिसच्या कामामध्ये स्वतःच्या शरीराकडे लक्ष देण्यासाठी वेळ मिळत नव्हता आणि थोडेसे अंतर पुढे गेल्यावर त्याच्या लक्षात आले की रस्त्यावर तुरळक गर्दी होती. एरव्ही हाच रस्ता गर्दीने खचाखच भरलेला असे. एक एक पाऊल शांतपणे पुढे टाकत गजानन जात होता. चालता चालता अचानक त्याच्या कानावर दादा मला वाचवा, दादा मला मदत करा अशी आरोळी पडली. पहिल्यांदा त्याने या कडे दुर्लक्ष के ले. परत तोच आवाज थोडासा मोठ्याने आला. कदाचित नवरा बायको ची रोजची भांडणे असतील या विचाराने त्याने परत चालण्या वर लक्ष कें द्रित के लं. परत परत तोच आवाज येत होता आणि त्याचे मन बेचैन झाले . आवाजाच्या दिशेनं तो चालायला लागला पुढे गेल्यावर त्याला जे चित्र दिसले ते फारच भयावह होते. एका महिलेने एक पुरुषाला पकडू न ठे वले होता. जवळ जाऊन त्याने पाहिले तर त्या माणसाने त्या बाईचे मंगळसूत्र धरले होते आणि त्या बाईने त्या माणसाची कॉलर धरली होती. एकं दरीत सर्व प्रकरण त्याच्या लक्षात आले. सकाळच्या तुरळक गर्दीचा फायदा घेऊन सोनसाखळी चोराने त्या महिलेचे मंगळसूत्र चोरणयाचा प्रयत्न के ला होता. पळत जाऊन त्या माणसाची मानगूट धरली आणि त्या महिलेची सुटका के ली. 61| Short Story
नंतर त्याने त्याला दोन चार फटके जोरात लगावले आणि खाली पाडले. खाली पाडल्यावर त्या महिलेने सुद्धा त्या माणसाला लाथा घालून मारले. अचानपणे मागून झालेल्या हल्ल्यामुळे तो मनुष्य घाबरला आणि बेदम मार बसल्यामुळे त्याच्या तोंडातून रक्त येऊ लागले . घडलेला सर्व प्रकार त्या महिलेने गजाननला सांगितला आणि पोलिसांची मदत घेण्या बाबत विचारले. प्रसंगावधान राखून गजाननने पोलिसांना फोन लावला आणि घटना स्थळी येण्याबाबत विचारले . पोलिस सुद्धा वेळेत घटना स्थळी पोहोचले आणि त्यांनी चोराच्या मुसक्या आवळल्या आणि गाडीत घालून त्याला पोलिस स्टेशन ला नेण्यात आले. गाडी गेल्यावर महिलेने स्वतःची ओळख गजाननला करून दिली मी नीना डोंगरे कोथरूड मध्ये राहते आणि त्याच्या बद्दल सुद्धा आपुलकीने चौकशी के ली. अचानक गजानन चा फोन वाजू लागला त्याने फोन उचलला तर फोन त्याच्या बायकोचा ममताचा होता . ऑफिस ची वेळ झाली तरी अजून हा घरी पोहोचला नाही म्हणून तिने काळजीने फोन के ला होता. तिला थोड्या वेळात घरी पोहोचतो असे सांगून त्याने फोन ठे वला. नीना डोंगरे चा निरोप घेऊन गजानन गाडीजवळ आला. गाडी चालू करून तो घराच्या दिशेने निघाला. मनात चांगुलपणाची भावना होती आणि तो स्वतःशी स्मित हास्य करत म्हणाला आज चा दिवस माझा. YTP Trek Durga Tekdi! If you are new to Pune and hear this place for the 1st time, you might think why we are going to temple for the first casual outing with our colleagues. Well guess what, you guessed it wrong. Yes, it has a temple inside it, but Durga Tekdi is a huge place where people nearby come there for morning walks, children come there to play swing, see saw, slides etc. and for others it’s a very good place to hang out. So, a week ago on 21st November, it was decided that we will go for a small morn trek to Durga Tekdi on the following Sunday by Rahul Sir. The outing was planned generally for all YTPs. We all were quite excited as it was our 1st outing with sir. So, the day came. We were supposed to be present at the entrance of Durga Tekdi at 8am, but as we are Indians, we know how punctual we are. So, everyone got gathered at around 8:45. We started the trek at 8:50 and it was planned to reach the hilltop by 9:45. It was around 1km trek. We enjoyed the trek as we played music and danced all the way to the top. We took photographs on the way. Few of us took a small break in the middle, as it was quite sunny that morning. As estimated, we reached the hilltop by 9:40. We took some snaps there, rested a while and started to return to the entrance. 63| YTP Trek
The return journey was more fun as we took an alternate route. This route seemed like crossing a jungle. There was no definite path. There was mud, stones, and trees around, so it was more fun to come down by this route. Again, on the way to the entrance, we played music and enjoyed all the way. On the way, we reached a small children park where some children of group played swings, slide etc. It was fun. A few miles before the entrance we took another small break where Vaishali performed her dance which she is very fond off. Finally, we reached the entrance by 11. All of us had Poha down there and we dispersed after having breakfast. It was a joyful outing for all of us. के दारनाथ मंदीर ‘उत्तराखंड’ मे स्थित मानवीय बंधनो से दुर हिमालय कि चोटी पर धरती का स्वर्ग कह जानेवाली देवभुमि पर बहुत सारे सवालों के जवाब खोजने के लिये मैं के दारनाथ कि और चल पडा। ऋषिके श से रूद्रप्रयाग और वहा से गौरीकुं ड से अति प्राचिन मंदीर कि और हम चल पडे, सह्याद्री के पहाडो पे चलने वाले पैर आज हिमालय कि उंचाई देखकर अपने आप धिमे हो गये, पैदल चलने वाले यात्रिओ के लिये घोडे खच्चर, डोलि और पालकी की सुविधाए होति है। के दारनाथ कि और चलते हुये, पहाडीयो पर बहते झरने, पन्छियो कि मधूर अवाज और बर्फिले पहाड देखकर महादेव की आगाध लिला का परमानंद मिलता हे। -जंगलचट्टि से भिमचट्टि और भिमचट्टि से के दारनाथ मंदीर कि यात्रा लगभग शाम के 4 बजे 22 KM कि यात्रा करके आखिरकार हम अपनी मंजिल पर पहुच गये। -रास्ते मे के दारनाथ कि और चलते चलते ऑक्सिजन कि मात्रा कम होने का बिच बिच मे अनुभव हो रहा था. के दारनाथ मंदीर का दुर से कलश दर्शन देखकर अपने आप मेरी ऑक्सिजन कि मात्रा 100 पार पहुंच गई। मदिर का वो अदभुत दृश्य, अपने शब्दों में व्यक्त करना संभव नहीं है। 66| Creative Minds
- मंदीर पहुचकर, मंदीर के दर्शन करते हि यात्रा कि समस्त थकान गायब हो गई।. सब लोग मंदीर मे भजन और आरती के स्वर मे गहरे भावो मे डूब गये थे। तब मेरी नजर के दारनाथ मंदीर पर साल 2013 मे आइे आपदा मे एक पत्थर ने मंदिर को बचाया था. उसे ढूंढ रही थी. मंदिर के पीछे 15-20 फु ट का वो एक विशालकाय पत्थर देखकर मेरी आँखे खुली के खुली रह गई। -हिमालय को चोटी से 3-4 किलोमीटर की यात्रा करके इतनी पानी के इतने तेज बहाव में बहते बहते मंदीर के पीछे आकर रुक गया। वो पत्थर की वजह से पानी का तेज बहाव 2 हिस्सों में बट गया और मंदीर इस महाकाय प्रलय से बच गया. जैसे शिव-शंभों ने उस पत्थर को मंदीर बचाने भेजा हो. वो प्रकृ ति का मनमोहक दृश्य देखकर मेरा भगवान प्रती विश्वास और दुढ हो गया! सभी खुश रहे, सब पर अपनी कृ पा बनाये रखना... घराला घरपण देणारी माणसं... घर म्हटलं की डोळ्यासमोर येतात त्या चार भिंती आणि त्यात राहणारी चार माणसं. थोडक्यात काय तर ह्या चौकटीचं नाव 'घर'. पण खरंच घर एवढ्यापुरतच मर्यादित आहे का? घराची खरी व्याख्या बघितली तर ४ जीवंत माणसं एकत्र राहणं म्हणजे घर नव्हे, तर ४ भावपूर्ण माणसं एकाच ठिकाणी आदर आणि प्रेमाने जिकडे एकत्र राहतात ते खरं घर. आज आजूबाजूला जर एक नजर टाकली तर घरं तर भरपूर दिसतात पण त्या घरांना घरपण नसतं. घरपण म्हणजे काय? तर एक असं घरटं ज्यात प्रेम आणि माया आयुष्याचा प्रवास उबदार बनवते. आज घरात माणसं आहेत, पण ती त्यांच्या वैयक्तिक जीवनात एवढी गुंतली आहेत की घराला घरपण कसं देता येईल याची त्यांना परवाही नसते. एकाच छताखाली राहून बऱ्याचदा कु टुंबातील इतर सदस्यांच्या चढ - उतारांचा साधा आढावाही त्यांना नसतो. एका छताखाली शारीरिकरित्या जरी बांधलेली असली तरी मानसिकरीत्या मात्र प्रत्येकाची दुनिया वेगळी असलेली जाणवते. बहुधा तांत्रिकीकरणाचाही यात मोठा हात असावा. हाके च्या अंतरावर असलेल्या मुलाला जर आई मेसेज करून नाश्त्याला बोलवत असेल तर त्याला आईच्या हाके ची ओढ कु ठून येणार. जेवणावेळी जर घरातील सदस्यांपेक्षा टी. व्ही. वरील पात्र जास्त महत्त्वाची वाटत असतील तर घराला घरपण कु ठून येणार? घराला घरपण द्यायचं असेल तर फक्त चार भिंतीत एकत्र राहणं पुरेसं नाही, तर एकमेकांबद्दल आदर, आपुलकी, एकमेकांच्या मतांचा आदर ह्या गोष्टी ही \"मायेची उब\" तयार करण्यास जास्त महत्त्वाच्या आहेत. प्रत्येक सदस्याच्या चढ - उतारांचा आढावा घेणं, त्यात सहभागी होणं ह्याची खरी गरज आहे. आणि आजच्या धकाधकीच्या रहाटगाड्यात तर कु टुंबातील सदस्यांनी एकमेकांच्या जीवनाचा भाग बनणं, दैनंदिन जीवनातील गंमती- जमतींची देवाण घेवाण करणं आणि सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचं आपल्या मतांची किंमत होतेय अशी भावना प्रत्येक सदस्याच्या मनात निर्माण करणं फार गरजेचं आहे, नाहीतर काही दिवसांनी घराची व्याख्या फक्त सिमेंटच्या चार भिंती एवढीच काय ती दिसेल. स्पर्धेच्या युगात टिकण्याकरता वेगवेगळ्या युक्त्या करण्यात जेवढा वेळ देतो, त्यातील किमान अर्धा वेळ जरी कु टुंबाकरता दिला तर नक्कीच घराला घरपण येईल. आणि ज्या दिवशी घराला घरपण येईल त्या दिवशी ते खरं आदर्श कु टुंब असेल. ह्याच आदर्श कु टुंबात असतील घराला घरपण देणारी माणसं... - शुभदर्शना हेमंतकु मार पाटील. 68| Creative Minds

In a horrific crash that happened in Vellore, a high-speed Mercedes- Benz C-Class jumped the divider to hit a Mahindra Scorpio and a Tata Indica on the opposite side. ಶುಭ್ರವಲ್ಲದ ವಾತಾವರಣ. ನಾ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದೆನು ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನು ಹುಡುಕುತಾ ಕಾಣದ ಊರಲಿ ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟು ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಇರಲಿ ಆ ಊರಲಿ ಮೊಡಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ನೀಲಿಯ ಆಕಾಶವಷ್ಟೇ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು ಬೀಳದು ಒಂದು ತೊಟ್ಟು ಮಳೆಯಾ ಹನಿ ಮನ ಬಿಚ್ಚಿ ಮಾತಾಡಲು ಹೊದರೆ ಮನಸ್ಸುಗಳೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಮನುಜರು ಸಾಯುವ ಕೊನೆಯುಸಿರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಂತು ನೋಡಿ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ತಾಗಿಯುವ ಕಟುಕರು ಕಷ್ಟಸುಖಗಳಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ತಿರುಗಿ ನೋಡದ ವ್ಯಾಘ೯ಗಳು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚರವ ಕತ೯ವ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಲೂಟಿ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಜಕರ್ಣಿಗಳು. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದರು ಎತ್ತರದ ಖಾಂಕ್ರೀಟಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಷ್ಟೇ ಹುಡುಕಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡಿದರು ಕಾಣದು ಹಸಿರು ತೋಟ ಮರಗಿಡಗಳು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗೂ ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿ ಸದ್ದಿನ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳು ಡಾಂಬಾರು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅಂಚಿನ ಸಾಲಲಿ ಕಸತೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ಗಬ್ಬುನಾಥಗಳು. ಅತೀ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಪಂಚ ಕನಸಿನಲ್ಲೂ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಮರುಕಳಿಸಿ ಬಾರದು ನಿಸಗ೯ದ ಹಸಿರು ಕನಸಾಗಿಯೇ ಉಳಿಯುವುದೆಂದು ಭಯವಾಗುತಿದೆ ನಾ ಕಂಡ ಕನಸುಗಳು ಮುಂದೊಂದು ದಿನ ಕಾದಿದೆ ಕಂಟಕ ತರುವ ಶುಭ್ರವಲ್ಲದ ವಾತಾವರಣ. 76| Creative Minds -Ayesha Khan
