If the property or land is not located in a protected area a foreign buyer can easily purchase their dream house, land or other investment. We guide our clients with opening their own Turkish bank account on their name. After a property is selected and a price is agreed we will set-up the official sales agreements and a pre-payment will be made to the developer or seller. This pre-payment is stated in the sales agreement as well. A date of official exchange will be organized at the “Tapu” office and all necessary documents will be provided. This can take maximum 4 days. At the date of exchange a transfer will be made to the developer/seller and the title deed is provided that same day.
