La Palanque We are a secluded luxury gite complex, located within walk- ing distance of the year round Bastide town of Eymet in South West France. Our five gites are built on a picturesque private estate, a former army equestrian training site which dates back to Napoleonic days. The accommodation’s ex- posed brickwork is original and has been lovingly preserved. You get a sense of bucolic style staying in the new beautifully built abodes, Acer, Mimosa, Poplar, Sequoia and Willow are equipped to a very high standard with every thing you need for a self catering stay. Or take advantage of the location for the many local restaurants or the in house catering options and La Palanque becomes a five star aparthotel. The units are amply spacious the largest accommodating up to eight and are nestled within La Palanque’s rustic 25 acre domain with its wonderful array of amenities. In each highly specified private home you’ll find fully equipped kitchens, wifi, sonos and other hotel touches such as, Feather and Black beds with orthopaedic mattresses, linen from Soak and Sleep with 400 thread count and duck down duvets and Egyptian cotton towels and bath robes. The grounds house a 25 metre swimming pool complex, chil- dren play areas, an outdoor terrace and kitchen zone, com- munal indoor space, river fishing and many secluded seating places.
