MARCH • BENCHMARKFirst of all, I want to express how excited I am to be doing this new monthly newsbulletin. We work in such a fast-paced and fun environment that sometimes we don’tlook back at what we have achieved. Part of our company culture is to recogniseperformance and to celebrate success’s so hopefully, we can do this in this space! In March we started to really gain some momentum in the Laithwaites campaignwhich has lead to us superseding the targets and budget being set for us by the client. Our major pace setters in terms of sales were Alexander Ward (74 new customers) andSamuel Channels (64 new customers). We also did a campaign best of 133 newcustomers in the final week of March whilst on a road trip to Leicester in that weekAnne Landry did her own personal best of 17 new customers and high rolled the roadtrip. Not only did we learn from another co-working hub but we also proved thiscampaign is one that can work in cities all around the UK.We also tested our first Laithwaites event which was overall a success and shows thereis more room for expansion into that market. I want to say a special thank you toBethany Resiegh, Sam Channels, Fiona Tesfazghi and Alexander Ward for pioneeringthat.Bethany Resiegh was crowned the customer service queen as she has the best ratio ofrepeat customers from customers that were signed up over 12 weeks ago!The Brand Ambassadors also invested in their own personal development organisingto learn from entrepreneurs in different cities and campaigns either in co-workinghubs in Leicester, a BA Meet Up in London and “educational” wine tasting events in theLaithwaites flagship store in London bridge. As we move out of march we are taking on new and exciting clients and lookingforward to seeing who steps up and sets the pace as we move forward. We also don’thave long to wait now to see which Brand Ambassadors have qualified to go to the BAmeet up in Barcelona at the end of April! NICK O'MAHONY
