Focus on the Jura Nathalie & Ludwig: Les Jardins sur Glantine Les Jardins sur Glantine is a unique, small guest house located in an 18th century house in one of the main streets of Poligny. The Grand rue in Poligny has a large number of what are known as hotel particular, which are large town houses built for the rich families of the area. Hotel Guerrillot, as this property is otherwise known, is fairly innocuous from the road but onceyou pass through the large front door you’ll be transported into a different world. Nathalie, an excellent cook, and Ludwig, a wine producer, will afford you a very warm welcome. Les Jardins sur Glantine is made up of the main house which houses the dining room as well as the two immaculate suites. Below part of the house is the cellar where part of Ludwig’s wine production is conserved and from which you’ll have the opportunity to sample.
