CRISIS MANAJEMENT PLAN SOUL CAFES Rencana Manajemen Krisis dirancang untuk menyediakan kerangka kerja bagi pengelolaan insiden keamanan besar di Soul Cafes. Rencana tersebut mendefinisikan peran yang diperlukan untuk pengelolaan krisis. Ini memberikan pedoman untuk memobilisasi tim manajemen krisis dan untuk manajemen praktis krisis. The Crisis Management Plan is designed to provide a framework for the management of a major security incident at Soul Cafes. The plan defines the roles necessary for the management of a crisis. Krisis akan menjadi insiden besar yang mengancam kehidupan dan/atau operasi, reputasi, atau aset Soul Cafes. Ini adalah sesuatu di luar kendali organisasi yang manajemennya akan menghabiskan dan mengalihkan waktu dan sumber daya yang signifikan. Krisis dapat dihasilkan dari peristiwa tunggal atau terdiri dari serangkaian peristiwa berjenjang atau bersamaan. N.B Jenis ancaman tersebut, jika terjadi, dapat menjadi krisis bagi Soul Cafes dianalisis dan direncanakan melalui strategi mitigasi dan respons di bagian prosedur manajemen ancaman (CMP). A crisis would be a major incident that threatens life and/or Soul Cafes operations, reputation or assets. It is something outside the control of an organisation whose management would consume and divert significant time and resources. A crisis may result from a singular event or be comprised of a series of cascading or concurrent events. N.B The types of threats that, if eventuating, could constitute a crisis for XXX are analysed and planned for via mitigation and response strategies in the threat management procedures section (CMP). 2. TEAM KRISIS MANAJEMEN/ CRISIS MANAGEMENT TEAM Tim manajemen krisis Soul Cafes mengatur tanggapan terhadap krisis melalui implementasi rencana ini. Biasanya akan ada dua tim manajemen krisis antara lain: The Soul Cafes crisis management teams organize response to a crisis through the implementation of this plan.

Tim CMP: Tim yang mengelola respon dari Soul Cafes. Tim CMP bebas dari kedekatan manajemen untuk menganalisis insiden, mencerminkan dan menentukan arah strategis dari respon krisis. Tim CMP menangani masalah organisasi yang lebih luas yang timbul sebagai akibat dari krisis seperti risiko, reputasi, dan sumber daya, namun pada akhirnya tetap harus dengan persetujuan dari TOP manajemen (Executive Committee) CMP Team: The team managing the response from Soul Cafes. The CMP team is independent from the management to analyzed of the incident, reflect and define the strategic direction of a crisis response. The CMP team deals with broader organizational issues arising as a result of the crisis such as risk, reputation and resourcing, but in the end must be trough approval from TOP Management (Executive Committee) Jalur Komunikasi/ Lines of Communication: Crisis Management Team (CMP) akan dianalisa mengenai kategori Crisis, jika ada respon yang perlu segera dilakukan, CMP team dapat melakukan tindakan langsung. Namun jika dampaknya akan berdampak panjang, CMP team harus berkoordinasi dengan TOP Management (Executive Committee). The Crisis Management Team (CMP) will be make analyzed regarding the category of Crisis, if any response need immediately action the CMP team can be do the action taking. But if the impact will be take a long impact, CMP team must be coordinate with TOP Management (Executive Committee). 3. KRITERIA KRISIS MANAJEMEN/ CRISIS MANAGEMENT CRITERIA Situasi krisis dapat dinyatakan oleh anggota utama Tim Manajemen Krisis. Kriteria untuk menyatakan krisis dapat mencakup (tetapi tidak terbatas pada): A crisis situation can be declared by a primary member of the Crisis Management Team. The criteria for declaring a crisis can include (but are not limited to): Sebuah insiden yang mengakibatkan kematian atau cedera serius dari anggota staf Soul Cafe dan juga insiden besar yang mengancam kehidupan dan/atau operasi, reputasi atau aset Soul Cafes : An incident resulting in the death or serious injury of a Soul Cafes staff member and also major incident that threatens life and/or Soul Cafes operations, reputation or assets :  Cidera serius baik staff maupun tamu/ Serious injury to both staff and guests  Kerusakan property akibat kecelakaan, bencana alam maupun huru – hara/ Property damage due to accidents, natural disaster or riots  Pencitraan buruk akibat postingan di media/ Bad image due to posting in the media  Ada terror yang terjadi/ there's a terror going on  Kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh staff baik disengaja maupun tidak disengaja/ Losses caused by staff either intentional or unintentional  Situasi yang diakibatkan pandemic/ The situation caused by the pandemic 4. CRISIS RESPONSE Situasi krisis dapat terjadi tanpa peringatan mungkin dikarenakan dengan kurangnya informasi, berbagai pilihan dan keputusan kritis sangat perlu diambil dengan cepat. Untuk memastikan respons krisis direncanakan secara menyeluruh dan metodis adalah tindakan penting dan dapat mengurangi adrenalin karena terburu - buru, berikut bagan alur dan daftar periksa terkait yang harus diikuti : A crisis situation may occur without warning may be characterised by a lack of information, multiple options and critical decisions that need to be taken quickly. Level 4, very high risk, namely by carrying out level 3 stages plus prioritizing workers who are likely to be able to take multi-talented jobs with the aim of using less labor and saving more on the company's expenses.  Level 5, resiko bangkrut, yaitu dengan menerapkan tahapan level 4 ditambah dengan menghitung aset dengan tujuan kemungkinan untuk menutup secara penuh operasional sampai batas waktu yang tidak ditentukan, dan atau dengan kemungkinan perusahaan akan dijual atau diover kontrakan dengan pihak laiinya untuk meminimalis resiko yang diakibatkan.
