Shri Jagdish Prasad “Education is a shared commitment between Principal, K.V. No.2 Gwalior dedicated teachers, motivated students and enthusiastic parents with high expectations” It gives me immense pleasure to publish the News-Letter of the Vidyalaya for the first term of academic session 2021-22. This newsletter is a true mirror of the development, growth and creative talent of our students. In the current situation, children are growing in a more challenging and demanding environment. As the teaching learning process has undergone a radical shift owing to the lockdown, the school has adopted the digital platform to ensure uninterrupted access to education with the support of parents. I am proud that our staff, students and parents have risen to the challenges and adapted to the situation very well. Our focus is on ensuring effective learning and curriculum continuity as well as working with and gaining the trust of parents to overcome the various challenges. Our teachers have also strived to continue with providing a holistic education to all students as far as possible through new ways of organizing school programmes and activities, and our students are responding well with appreciation and gratitude. My sincere thanks to all the staff members and dear children who have put in their efforts to give shape to this newsletter.
Past one year of pandemic due to COVID has made education to be delivered at doorstep of children through virtual resources and engaging primary children in teaching-learning focusing on their holistic development could have been possible only by collective efforts of teachers, parents and students for which I would congratulate parents for their outstanding support. The prime aim of elementary education viz. “Learning with Fun” and “Play, grow and learn together” have been kept as target in virtual classes also and this newsletter showcases a glimpse of all such activities conducted virtually under CMP and under the able guidance of honorable officers of KVS RO Bhopal. Our Principal and all primary teachers have also put in their heart and soul to achieve it. I hope all will admire the efforts of budding kids. Mrs. Nilanjani Prasad Vice Principal, K.V. No.2 Gwalior
