  FILLING PROCESS The bottle is filled when the liquid is transferred from the tank to the container. Many of the today’s fillers integra- te technologies in order to supply the correct quantity of liquid such us level sensing, Volumetric flow meters and by wheight. Neverthless many of those used technologies may result an insufficient or excessive filling level depending to many factors such us the filling speed. In order to prevent filling levels defects smoothly in the production line E2M COUTH offers a vision system solu- tion to ensure the a right filling level line and reducing costs. FILL LEVEL INSPECTION SYSTEM The filling process is a critical key moment that can result in significant losses if quality control and fill level systems are not in place. Visiolevel is a high-performance artificial vision-based fill Level Inspection system with one or more cameras (depen- ding on the model and customer needs) The bottles speed through the inspection area, capturing an image of the neck and cap that is analyzed and pro- cessed using exclusive algorithms to detect errors and deviations.
