Assicurazione merce.1.1. Il proponente si obbliga a mantenere ferma la proposta (commissione d’ordine) per il termine di novanta 11.1. Le spese di carico della merce per eseguire il trasporto della stessa sono a carico dell’acquirente.giorni dal ricevimento della stessa da parte della A.T.O. S.r.l. 11.2. Qualora al carico della merce partecipino anche dipendenti o comunque personale incaricato dalla A.T.O.1.2. La revoca della proposta contrattuale effettuata durante il suddetto periodo di tempo è senza effetto, secondo S.r.l., il costo relativo sarà addebitato all’acquirente.quanto disposto dall’art. 1329 c.c. 11.3. Le spese di trasporto sono a carico dell’acquirente.1.3. Il proponente richiede espressamente all’A.T.O. S.r.l., che accetta, che la prestazione oggetto della proposta 11.4. Le spese di montaggio della merce sono a carico dell’acquirente.- migliorare la funzionalità e l’efficienza dell’impianto; Le spese di montaggio comprendono:- garantire la sicurezza dell’impianto; - spese di viaggio, vitto e alloggio per ogni singolo montatore;- migliorare l’economicità dell’impianto; - spese per le prestazioni di ogni singolo montatore;- adeguare l’impianto alle norme di provvedimenti nazionali, regionali, comunitari e/o internazionali. - spese di manovalanza di aiuto al montatore;3.2. In tali casi, il proponente si impegna a corrispondere alla A.T.O.
