When a certain category of fishes is being bought more than the others, it will weigh less and will rise up, towering over the others just like a ranking system. Showing the popularity between the types of fishes being sold. Being located at 1 of the points at a cross junction, it can be seen from afar as well giving the viewer a clearer depiction of the popularity of a certain category of fish. It can act as a basic gauge of time for the other stores near it as the ranking of the fishes can depict when it is peak hours or when it is closing (usually 6pm like other stores nearby)

REST/SLEEP AND ENTERTAIN: Moving Netted Playground The netted playground is very stretchy, tied onto columns as well as the moving exterior of the house. When fish is sold and the architecture rises, the net will morphe to account for the change in height. In turn making its shape unpredictable. It is not only fun to play on, it is also very comfortable. Doubling up as a rest area, allowing the “subservient performer” to sleep or take a break.

EAT: Dried Seafood Facade On the exterior facade of the western facade of the building, seafood is hung to dry on the sides of the “netted playground”. The sun from the western facade is very hot and will shine directly at it from the morning till the afternoon at around 3 pm. Giving it enough time

ENTERTAINMENT: Tunnel Walkway The ground floor of the building is open for visitors to walk through. It is 3m tall when the store is opened, however when the store is closed, it will collapse to prevent people from entering after working hours. At the top of the building, there are fish tanks made from glass on all sides, even the bottom. When sunlight shines through, the patterns of the fish will be seen in its shadow. When visitors walk through the building, they can look up and see the fishes, creating a fun illusion of being underwater and swimming with the fishes.

ENTERTAINMENT: Fish Cannon The fish cannons are located on the x-structures of the building. This helps to send fishes ordered from up and down the building, transporting fish to the “subservient performer” to descale and fillet or transporting it to the buyers. The allow help to load the fish in the tanks at the start of the day.
