Colonnes HPLC/UHPLC Nucleosil (Macherey-Nagel) Colonnes HPLC/UHPLC • Spherical porous silica • Wide range of bonded phases • Excellent mechanical stability NUCLEOSIL® 100 Å and 120 Å have very similar pore sizes and relative retention characteristics. NUCLEOSIL® 100 Å has the greater capacity while the 120 Å material exhibits the lower column back pressure. NUCLEOSIL® 300 Å silica is a wide pore, used as the base material for the reversed-phase bioanalytical columns. NUCLEOSIL® 100-5C18AB was the first of the newer generation NUCLEOSIL® materials which include the HD (high density) phases and the Nautilus, for use with up to 100% aqueous eluents. • Wider pore NUCLEOSIL® (500, 1000 and 4000 Å), Polygosil and columns for special applications eg PAH and hop constituents can be supplied on request. • Available in ChromCart® cartridge format, please enquire for part numbers and pricing.
